Dine in lunch around 2pm. No table service just set up for takeout. The two entrees isn’t really a fair description. You get 3-4 oz. of two items since the styrofoam takeout container only holds a tiny amount of each entree. The largest section of the container holds maybe 8-9 oz. and that is where the carbs go, yes those greasy noodles or rice. I had a taste of an entree the honey fried chicken pieces with green beans. I mean a tiny serving that you might miss hiding under fatty pieces of dark meat teriyaki chicken. Quality average but certainly not worth eating. My wife got the single entree bowl that had plenty of white rice with some kind of grease laden breaded chicken substance. She was starving after eating it. I guess most people stick with the orange chicken balls that are scooped on top of the noodles or rice component. This is fast food takeout and not good Chinese. After my meal the food kept coming back up for three hours and my wife stayed away from me as I smelled really bad. You know we used to eat here 20 years ago when first moving to Goodyear from California. There wasn’t much of anything in the area. They will not miss us for sure if we don’t return.. They do a great drive through business where their customers are just looking for a quick meal and just want to fill up their stomachs. No tipping and a change from the burgers and fries from the Swollen Arches down the street. I think three stars was fair and leaves the owner room for improvement. Panda works and has staying power and is a survivor....
Read moreIf I could give less then a star I would. Like minus 10 stars. This location on Saturday 9 23. 2017 around 6pm or so had the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in any industry. The team that was working there had a complete breakdown in communication between themselves and the many customers that were there in the lobby. It took me over 45 minutes to receive my food. And if I had not went to the counter and explain to 3 different staff members on what my order was. I would have waited even longer. I know there were other customers that waited even longer. Many of them. They had written down the order on the back of small paperplates. And had to keep asking the customers. Was this your order. As if any of us knew what 1c or 2b neant. Which was written for them to know what meal to prepare. I watched one customer get snapped at by the young girl working the front counter because the customer told her I don't know what that means. They had the drive up closed when I got there. Not sure why. But it was open when I left almost an hour later. Horrible horrible service. At this location. The store manager needs to know this. I am calling to talk to the manager. And hopefully panda has put an responsible adult in charge. Because the young kids that were there clearly need more training for the basic operations of there job and customer service skills. I will not go back to this...
Read moreCan you say inflation and rationing food? Like seriously they move you through the line so fast that you don't notice until you get your plate. Prices have gone up and I swear they count the pieces of meat they put on your plate. I asked to wait for the fresh batch of chow mein and the girl just ignored me apperantly because I got the last of the cabbage slaw with hardly any noodles on my plate. The broccoli beef had no beef on my portion. I counted three small pieces of beef and like 4 pieces of broccoli. Green bean chicken was the same. What the he'll happened to the meat? They charge way to much to be rationing the portion sizes. Then, they had the odacity to come to my table and ask how my meal was. I told the lady do you want me to lie or be honest? She responded to be honest. I told her about the portion sizes and chow mein and all they did was say they would write my name down on a notebook they have for a free medium size side. She then asked me to please fill out survey on receipt. I sure did however, I didn't hold back on my comments.
I understand everything is getting expensive and a restaurant has to higher prices to accommodate for extra costs however don't skimp on quality and portion sizes of food as well.
I used to visit at least at least 2x a week and purchase at least $60 worth of food. Haven't visited since Sep. 2023. I go to Hawaiian BBQ or...
