Got out my car for the second time seemed like it would go quicker 2 customers ahead of me yea wasn’t quicker. Lady at window didn’t know what drinks to give out every drink that was ready she had to ask is this the bubblegum rebel, turned around is this the Bob, turned around for another drink is this? etc. The line is never where it’s suppose to be, put a sign there so peeps that don’t know to form the line by the blue rail stand there to order. That’s why there are two lines. Nobody knew what to do. 🤷🏽‍♀️. Finally it was our turn I repeated my first drink 3 times then she said what size I said large she said oh yea that’s right then I proceeded to give her my second drink order again what size ugh really, then my third drink omg! I have been coming since they have opened the majority of the staff are nice some not so nice. Kaycee is always smiling, spunky and kind. Great energy good customer service. 👍🏽🙌I have been told that when I order my drinks to say them a certain way so the staff gets it correct. Yea 3 times already this week they have messed up. I order for others so I cannot tell if it’s made correctly right off the bat until that person tells me it’s made wrong. Just get the drinks right please. Grasshopper chocolate milk not frost and it’s frosted! Scooby snack with blue raspberry rebel, they forget the blue raspberry. Bob blended not iced! Sheesh.... only once have I gotten an apology for the mess up, the other times I am told just tell them you want it this way and they will make it right but still no apologies. What can I say...

I decided to stop here on my way to Vegas for my Dutch fix. I am a Dutch fanatic and already know how things roll.

The drive thrus are of course long at every location I have been too, but the wait is usually never more then 10 to 15 minutes. This is usually from where I order to where the pick up window is.

I figured okay I have time to stop and get a quick drink. I drove up and got in line. The line was about 15 cars long. It was 4:26 when we ordered. We ordered:

One large iced ocean water rebel One small aqua berry frost with whipped cream

The guy who took our order was very friendly and processed our payment right there and then. We then sat and waited.

We waited and waited. We moved about every 5 minutes or so. It took forever! I even contemplated jumping the curb cause the wait was miserably long and slow.

It was 5:15 and we were finally up next!! We pulled up to the window and the employee was friendly. He handed me my rebel and our frost. Our frost was missing the whip. He did catch it though before handing it to me, and said he would fix it.

It was now 5:30 which meant an HOUR later we were finally back on our way. By no means expect to come here and get your drinks right away!

I am glad I've never experienced such a miserable wait at any of the east valley locations... fix yourself west valley Dutch, nobody wants to be waiting an...
