TL;DR This business is good for easy fixes. However, if you need something more than an iPad screen repair, older model screen repair, screen protector, do yourself a favor and avoid. They will lie to you and make you pay for their mistakes. I gave the gentleman a change to show some honesty and be a man, however, not everyone has those traits. I believe the 1 star reviews about them lying and charging them high prices for easy fixes, or their mistakes.

First and foremost, this business is good for repairing iPad screens and/or iPhone scree PROTECTORS. I have been here to repair my iPad screen twice and several PROTECTORS.

Now, why do I highlight PROTECTORS, well because I had a bad experience with them fixing my iPhone 11 screen and back glass. I first took my phone to repair my back glass that was cracked along with my iPad screen. They charged me around $249.98 for both. When I received my iPhone and iPad, I went home and noticed that my frame on my iPhone 11 was damaged. By just seeing the frame, you can tell that it was damaged by trying to separate the back glass from the phone.

I took my iPhone 11 back and the tall gentleman told me that the frame was damaged before, I just could not tell. It made no sense, however, being the person I am, I took his word. Though I knew he was lying. But, because of my previous good visits with protectors and one iPad screen repair, I agreed that I would pay for another frame and he would only charge me the price for the frame and not the service fee. Again, being the person I am, I left my phone with him to fix the frame and my took clean my PS4. The total for that was $104.78. I know, I need to speak up, but it is not worth fighting a wall.

After going home with my new frame, phone now looking nice with new back glass and frame, I noticed the rear grill near the rear cameras for the speaker was missing. Again, I took my phone back and he mickey moused it. At this point, I thought to myself, "as long as there is something there."

After the grill was fixed, my iPhone 11 was looking almost new, except for the grill that looks nothing like it is original. I go and finally start using my phone and noticed that now my Face ID is not working. After several days of trying to resolve the issue myself, I go in and tell TALL MAN that the Face ID is not working. He brushed it off as a software issue, however, I did not start having the issue until the frame with fixed. TALL MAN said he would look into and see if any components came loose. When time came to pick it up, he told me that there was a bunch of dirt built up inside the true depth camera, INSIDE THE PHONE. He stated he had to replace the screen and charge me $50. Now my iPhone is stating that it is unable to verify the iPhone has a genuine Apple display and I lost true tome. In conclusion, this business ripped me off for a total of $154.78. Brought 4 devices here to either get fixed or get a screen protector put on and spent over $200 on everything. 2 out of all the items I purchased were defective. I had to make 3 trips back to try to get the items fixed or replaced. The first screen I paid to have fixed that was replaced on my apple iPhone was defective and drained the new battery I also purchased. Both had to be replaced again. In addition to that, the screen protector I paid for on my apple watch was not applied correctly the first time. I had to wait 2 weeks until they finally received a new screen protector for my watch. Meanwhile, my watch was unusable due to all the bubbles on the screen. To top it off, the screen on my IPhone all of a sudden went blank and they refused to replace it a third time, stating I already replaced it for free. Yea, after they used a defective screen the first time, he was complaining about having to fix their mistake again and refused to fix their defective screen yet again. I had to argue with the staff to get my money back for the bubbled screen protector on my watch since I decided It was time to take my business elsewhere. I brought my iPhone X in there that had a swollen battery and completely not working! Everywhere else wouldn’t even touch my phone because they said it was extremely dangerous! Not to mention I only had this new phone for 3 months a refurbished phone from SquareTrade! Josh was working and was nothing but very nice and extremely helpful! He agreed to try a new battery and see if that would get the phone to work! After some time of him trying to fix everything he had determined it was not just the battery that the phone itself was sent in this condition! He also discovered while the phone was open that there was loose screws and a different kind of tape used to hold the battery down! He didn’t even charge me for all this time he put into my phone! He wrote up a diagnostic report with the findings and because I had this from him I was sent a brand new phone this time!! He is very helpful, honest and extremely nice!
