I've had 2 bad experiences at this location. Maybe somebody can relate. The first bad experience I can shrug off, I had got off of work late and entered the store only a couple of minutes before closing time on sunday (this being my fault, as I forgot it was sunday) but I was literally rushed out the door due to the employees LITERALLY counting down the time, so without game, I just left. The second time really put me over the top. I had just walked in the door with my child who stood next to me looking at games. We were approached by a sales associate (who, granted, was very knowledgeable about games) who suggested a few games. I proceeded to converse with for a moment, but then insisted that we were just browsing around and stepped away. Long story short, he continued to follow us, even after several gestures that we weren't interested. The associated even was (I feel the word harassing is appropriated as the associate would not leave us alone) harassing/pressuring my 5 year old child to buy a certain game! I finally just took the game he was pushing on us and proceeded to check out. If this is a tactic to push people into buying games GAMESTOP, then congrats! But needless to say, I doubt I will buy games from this location or any gamestop location again. I hope this review is useful, if you shop at gamestop, i suggested driving a little further to the next one or simply going to a different store...

I called when I placed my order to ensure I'd receive it that day, and I was called back within the hour and informed my order was ready.
I've interacted with Dustin a few times. He gave me invaluable advice about the new Steam Deck (new to me) I picked up that day. Freya helped me with my pick up initially. She's very polite, friendly, and customer-centered. I had a very pleasant experience thanks to both of them. I love that she pointed out items related to a character I mentioned. She also knew where everything was, and I appreciated her sense of humor and personality. I felt at ease and welcome, which is usually a challenge for me due to my anxiety.
The store is well organized, clean, and welcoming because Dustin obviously leads by example. As someone who's been in retail for the last 22 years (half of that time in management), I'm very impressed at the high level of service and attention to detail. I definitely recommend using this location over the others.

I purchased a used copy of Cyberpunk 2077 online through GameStop, and when it arrived, the disc inside was for a completely different game (Cloudpunk). Obvious shipping error ā annoying, but not the end of the world.
So I brought it to this store expecting the return process to go smoothly, especially since the GameStop app clearly states that in-store returns are valid for wrong item received.
Instead, I was met with skepticism, attitude, and passive accusations. The staff didnāt even look up my account or the receipt. They immediately implied I might have swapped the disc myself for some kind of hustle. They then told me Iād āhave to call customer serviceā and that there was nothing they could do, despite the return policy saying otherwise.
