Friendly people, welcoming. Had a motorized cart for disabled people such as myself. The shopping part is hard because of the narrow aisles. The pharmacy, oh Lord... Be prepared to wait, even to pick up from the pharmacy early in the morning. Often they get my prescription wrong and are out of my blood pressure meds. If you're a patient who needs them direly, for hypertension, you know going DAYS without because your pharmacy hasn't gotten their order for your meds in... It's problematic. I've had other issues with them not having pain meds, insulin and blood pressure meds FOUR TIMES. They suggested I go to Pebble Creek Pkwy. Welp, lo and behold! They didn't have it EITHER. I told them, "I'm not going somewhere they potentially have no stock. You have the power to see which locations can help me." Eventually, it was all resolved either by waiting forever, or a pharmacy team member driving out to retrieve my needed meds. I STILL ENDED UP WAITING. I called at 8:45 p.m. one night, then they tell me to go to the 24 hour location on Indian School. I called again at 9:00 a.m. the next morning, and that's when they tell me that I'd have to wait for someone to go get it. I waited for E I G H T H O U R S. Please fill you prescription at Walmart. Buy your groceries there too....
Read moreThis place makes me crazy! The store is fine, prices are way too high but it’s ok. I don’t routinely shop there but I do use the Pharmacy. Only because it’s my insurance provider’s preferred place. Otherwise I would never go there! They inundate you with text reminders that have incorrect info, you go to pick up and orders aren’t ready. Employees never tell you the true reason orders aren’t ready or pricing is wrong. Today was one of those days- a prescription I’ve taken for years was processed according to the text, without insurance for $1600! When I went inside and said it’s a covered drug, it became $300 which is still wrong. I suspect the real reason it priced that way is because it was filled slightly early so why not say that? I declined to take it. They have too many people always waiting - lines inside and out are long. It’s just a frustrating experience all the time and I have to use them because of pricing. I try not to bash businesses but they really need...
Read moreI am honestly shocked, embarrassed and upset that they refused to fill my prescription because it was birth control and they don't believe in it?! How can a professional be allowed to refuse a prescribed medicine from a doctor to their patient. If this person has these feelings, they should not be in charge of filling prescriptions to anyone at all. I will say that the woman who helped me at the desk was extremely apologetic and nice about it but you can tell that she even felt embarrassed to tell me that they wouldn't do it. I truly cannot believe this. They ended up transferring to a Walgreens that would fill it for me but I had to then drive there and wait for another 30 min when it should have been ready. Disappointed in some...
