THE WORST PAPA JOHN'S!!!!

• STOP NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The manager Jody & his staff specifically Frank are the WORST! It baffles me that the entire staff hasn't been fired (considering all the justified complaints) HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE THE ONE THAT DOES IT!!! We as the community of Goodyear/Avondale should not have to drive miles away pass this location, to receive proper service & edible food!!!

I ordered extra bbq sauce on my pizza due to the previous pizza being extremely dry. WHY DID I DO THAT??? The manager JODY made my pizza; He put so much sauce that the ingredients were sliding off the pizza (I know this was done out of spite, bcuz the type of person he is... very sarcastic!!!) COMPLETELY INEDIBLE!!! I ordered on line, when i got there they were closed, but he let me in to pay. If they hadn't been closed I would've gone back right then & there. However, I had to place the complaint the following day. Spoke w/ Frank 1st, he accused me of receiving free pizza in the past (THAT WAS COMPLETELY FALSE) I asked him to provide the dates on which I'd received them; he then hung up on me. I called back & spoke w/ JODY, repeated myself as well telling him about the rudeness that I had experienced w/ his staff member FRANK. I asked how can this problem be resolved & he told me, THAT HE DID NOT CARE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM! I then placed a complaint w/ corporate; bcuz by this time, it was no longer about the pizza but...

If 0 was an option I would have chosen it. I had a free pizza on my account from a while back. I called to check if I could add it on to my order my online order. The girl who answered the phone was rude and didnt know how to answer the phone. She kept saying umm. and kept me on hold this was 20 mins of her umm and hold on and umm. So she came back to the phone and said umm yeah and I said yes she said yeah you will have to call back once you put your online order in and ask for a manager. So I placed the order, called back she answered and I asked for a manager which she just placed me on hold no please hold nothing. 10 mins later a manager came to the phone stated so you want me to add a pizza to your order( at this point I didn't know what the girl addressed with him) so I explained all over again the situation. He stated like I said you want me to add a pizza to your order. I said yes please. I believe this is the person who also delivered my pizza. My pizza was delivered an hour later and I added the tip already. I asked if he seen it and he said no I showed him and he said 3 times ohhh thats funny I must have missed it. I am so blind. So, I really dont care to ever go back here for pizza. I dont believe they will even attempt to say anything regarding this matter. Papa johns was my favorite pizza over all, but I defiantly am over this...

I used to order from papa johns all the time and I recently started ordering again but I will never order from this location again. I placed my order online and I was quoted at 23-33 minutes for my one pepperoni pizza to arrive. 1 hour later my pizza finally gets here and you can tell it had been sitting for a while and we semi cold when I went to eat it. I called and spoke to the manager and received a refund Which was nice of the supervisor to offer but it felt like they didn't really care. He had even tried to tell me that there was supposedly a 55 minute wait and didn't say anything when I told him I had my email saying it was only supposed to take a max of 35 minutes.

The only other time I've ordered from this location I had paid almost 2 dollars extra for ranch and when the pizza finally arrive I didnt have my ranch so I called the store and I spoke with a lady and when I told her I hadn't received my ranch she had an attitude and said well we can either deliver out ranch to you or I can just give you a refund. I just felt it was very rude how she said it.

Normally I'm a pretty easy person to please just bring me my food and I'm happy but the overall service I've gotten from this location I would rather drive to 83rd and Camelbackto order pizza instead of having to deal with this...
