I went through their drive through yesterday and ordered 2 quarter pounders with âbaconâ and got back to my job to eat lunch and there was no bacon in either burgers. I call the McDonalds and talk to their manager âBRIANâ who tells me I can come back and he will get me â2â new burgers with âbaconâ. I tell him I am now back at work and canât come back at this moment. He tells me come back anytime and he will get me. So I tell him Iâll be there next week. So after the call, I take a bite of my burger and see that itâs not cooked all the way. Literally pinkish raw in the middle. So I decide to leave work and drive back to the McDonalds to get compensated. I go there and I and ask for âBRIANâ the manager and tell him I was the one who called and also show him my raw burger and I tell him I would like my â2â burgers with âbaconâ now. He says okay then comes back with â1â burger. I ask him where the other burger was and he gets rude with me and tells me that I told him on the phone that I just needed 1 burger replaced. WHAT A LIE!!! Then he had the nerve to tell all the employees working there in front of all the customers that I told him 1 burger over the phone, which just wasnât true. Why would I wanted to be comped for 1 burger when 2 burgers had no bacon in it. It didnât and doesnât make any SENSE!! After him being rude, giving me stank faces, and mind you he hasnât even apologized for the wrong order or the âHALF COOKED BURGERâ I had enough and just told him I wanted a refund and tell him I will be calling corporate to report him, which I did. This guy âBRIAN THE SO CALLED JOKE OF A MANAGERâ is rude, acts like he is the owner of McDonalds, and thinks his behavior wonât go checked. He needs to be fired and Iâm surprised how he got to âMANAGER AT MCDONALDSâ position in the first place. What a pity of a human being. I donât ever write reviews, but this guy and his customer service is ridiculous. How can you mess up and I be blamed???!!!!! I was in the Drive-Thru and noticed they were pulling all the cars forward without any reason to make people wait in a different spot and when I approach the window after only ordering two Bagel sandwiches and nothing out of the ordinary for those it should be a standard practice to get that right away at the window however they wanted me to pull forward as well which I have a problem with because if I'm next in line there's no reason they should move me forward to help someone else after me. I feel like the only reason they do this is so that corporate sees the wait time for each customer is relatively low but don't realize the only reason they get the low wait time is because they're making people pull forward and waiting in a different spot. I asked the man and lady at the window how long my weight would be to which she replied it will be ready when it's ready. I was absolutely dumbfounded by this smart mouth remark as I explained to her there's no reason to give me a response like that when I asked the legitimate question, so then I asked for a refund. They then tried to insist I take the food as I explained I had already requested a refund. The manager finally gave me my money back and offered no apology for the comments by the window attendant.    Read moreThey forget food or mess up orders quite often so I wasn't surprised when my kinda large order was missing 3 orders of nuggets.. Now I wasn't to upset because as I said it happens from time to time and when it does they usually realize that they messed up and correct it. So we get home notice they aren't there and my husband drives back up and walks up to the counter to let them know what happened.. in front of everyone she says well I put them in the bottom of the bag but I will get you some more. So he of course wants to flip out on her but doesn't and just continues to tell this rude ignorant woman that they aren't there and we just spent over 30$ on food and got all the way home so we aren't going to drive all the way back and deal with all of this for 3 orders of 4 PIECE nuggets.. So my babies got their nuggets anyway and I'm guessing she knew good and well that they had either been forgotten or accidently put on someone else's bag and just didn't want to own up to it. The employees here are rude, disrespectful and 99% of the time act like you're bothering them. Most of them are also stoned off their butts.. but mcdonalds doesn't seem to give 2 craps about how poorly their employees reflect on their business as long as they are getting money.
