Arby's — Restaurant in Goshen

I really enjoy Arby's, but I won't be returning here. Pulled up at 9:20 pm, the place was obviously open- there were diners inside. I just wanted mot. sticks and a diet dr pepper after working out. A female voice came on first and told me the restaurant was closed. As I was pulling away, a male voice came on and very rudely told me to order when I was ready. I paused, confused, and he raised his voice- "I said order when you're ready". I challenged him on it because since when is it okay to treat customers like this? Only after I called him out did he take a more polite tone. Appalling customer service. Idk if the staff thought they were being funny or what, but that isn't acceptable behavior when working...

Got there e few minutes before 7 sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes staring at the speaker finally backed out and went in and was met at the door by 2 girls that said sorry we are closed at 7 pm yes 7pm and pointed at the clock at which showed 7.00pm exactly they sat there and ignored me at drive thru and watched me walk up and still said that even though there was at least 5 people eating and 1 person still ordering. Im beginning too think people in Goshen Indiana are very lazy. What kind of fast food chain closes at 7pm and opens at 11 am unbelievable. Shame on the work ethic this country and businesses have anymore but they sure aren’t afraid at the arbys too charge you 15 dollars...

I typically love going to a Arbys when on the road. I transport Rv trailers so I see alot of locations. However I will never come back to the Goshen Indiana location. From the minute I pulled up to the pickup window I figured there would be a problem due to the off putting grumpy looking old lady that cant even greet you with a smile. I asked for ranch with my order and was told they hafto charge me. In all 48 states that I travel I have never been charged for ranch at a Arbys. So I ask why this location?
