So I originally had made a 5 star review . Let's just say my opinion has drastically changed now .I thought this place was a kind really nice place to.go to but after I made the review after Jay begged us to do the reviews he changed and it was very drastic. We are customers that used to.do alot of business with this company and this location but after our last visit this will no longer be the case. First off the men especially the younger men don't know what they are doing . The tickets were messed up.and so many.other mistakes have happened. Honestly more Training needs to happen. The main reason for my 1 star review was the dr jekle and Mr.hyde temperament from Jay. One minute he treats you with the kindest attitude around and then the next minute he states you're trash customers and won't even talk to you at all with any respect. He didn't even have the audacity to.tell us to.our face instead he had one of his minons do the dirty work . I do find it odd how he begged us like no tomorrow for the reviews but now i see what he was trying to hide . So.to.the owner who reads this you may want to.look into your male employees better on their work ethics and give them better training especially in personal relations. The new Facade won't cover what is going on...

On multiple occasions the workers here have gone above and beyond. Most people are shocked when they go in and pawn something. They think just because they paid 250.00 for something that they should get atleast 125.00 not exactly. You have to base it on popularity of item sold and also the season in some cases...people just know the value of somethings these days isn't what it used to be. Most people don't collect items like they used to and it takes weeks sometimes months to sell certain items. So when you get a low offer don't be shocked after all you either don't want the items anymore or they aren't needed any longer.....these guys always bump up their offer on items if they sell quickly...but if your selling a snowblower in the middle of summer don't expect tjem.to.pay you top dollar. Please have patients with these guys also they are providing a service to you. Great group of people I suggest shopping here as well as...

Let me just say... I walked almost 2 hours to get to this location, and they didn't disappoint . One of the young men working hear me when I said that I walked the entire way to their store so i could pay my electric bill. The young man, without saying a word, went in the back and brought me out a Gatorade that was ice cold, and refused payment for it. It's not normal going into a pawn shop, and being treated the way I was today. The young man, Calvin, that helped me the whole time I was in there, was more understanding and helpful than any other customer service I've received fromother pawn shops. The manager was an incredible individual as well, talking with me and Calvin throughout my transaction, and assisting in giving me the most they could for the product I brought in. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend and look forward to all future transactions....
