Dunkin' — Restaurant in Goshen

Please, do not waste your time and money at this Dunkin’ location. You’re much better off going to the one a few miles away on Pike St. I only choose this one because it’s closest to my work, and I don’t have time to drive to Pike St. I’ve been here several times, I’ve given them several chances, so I have a good idea on how poorly their team runs. I’ve had experience ordering though mobile order and the drive thru, and I’ve picked up in the drive thru and in the store. Each time, it takes FOREVER to get through the line, and my drink either isn’t fresh or isn’t made properly. I’ve ordered bagels from here several times, only to receive them over cooked, not heated at all, or with cream cheese already on it when I specifically asked for it on the side. I usually attribute these issues to new staff, however this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go. Something is ALWAYS wrong. The last time I went, I went inside to pick up my mobile order, waited 20 minutes (30 mins since I had placed my order), my drink was made the wrong size TWICE and had the wrong flavor the last time. The staff was very unorganized and had no idea what they were doing, crowding around one station. It seemed as if they all anted to make one drink together.Employees wear their masks below their nose while making drinks, and don’t sanitize their hands between customers that use cash- I even saw the male manager do it. I will start by saying the counterperson was very friendly and did a good job with our order.

Very stale donuts, lukewarm coffee. Coffee not very full in cup and lid leaked. Chocolate latte I had did taste good I'll admit. Very expensive and we suspect we were charged incorrectly. We weren't given a receipt.

Yes, you can dine in here, but don't expect much. One wall smashed in by a car not fixed yet, not even covered with something temporary like a tarp or temporary drywall. Drive thru canopy totally smashed (something hit it) and looking sketchy in terms of being structurally sound. Remnants of Halloween and Christmas decorations still up in April? Some lights not on or maybe not working?

You expect consistency from a chain like Dunkin'. Sad to see such a new location in such disrepair. The employees seem to care, but it doesn't seem like the manager or owner do. Suggestion. Take down old decorations. Clean the dining room and front counter. Put up a sign that says "Pardon or mess" or put up something temporary to cover the damage. I really have never had a great experience with thus location maybe when they first opened horribly long lines burnt food just not good. My husband really wanted it today so we waited in line for 30 minutes (4 cars ahead of us) and then when it was the turn for the car in front of us it's like they just decided to stop working after 15 minutes of waiting and no response at the drive thru speaker the car in front of us decided to drive to the window. He got out and tapped on the window waited a couple of minutes then drove off. We waited at the speaker but no one answered so we drove off. As we drove away we could see employees inside not sure what they were doing. They didn't have any orders in the drive thru for T least 15 minutes and a line of cars wrapped around the building and they just decided to stop working.
