Highly disappointed with this location. I used their app and ordered online last night. Every other location in this area closes at 9, not 7, and this was not communicated when I placed my order. After I ordered I ran into Aldi next door. Came back to pick up my order about 15 min after ordering, and they were closed, however they still opened the door and gave me my order. Upon arriving home, I noticed there were only 4 subs instead of the 5 I had ordered, and 2 were labeled wrong. Called the store, and the manager informed me they were closed and everything was already put away so they could not make my 5th sub I had already paid for. She said what she could do, was give me a free sub the following day. I said you mean you'll give me a free sub in addition to the one I paid for that is missing? She said oh, yeah okay. I said this is your mistake and now I can't eat with my family, can you have the other store make it at least since they're still open? She said she didn't think they would.. but would ask. She called and they said they would so I said okay can I pick up my free sub tomorrow then? She sounded super confused, and said free sub for what? I said well, this was your mistake and now not only do I not get to eat dinner with my family, I have to drive across town to pick up my sub after already going to the other side of town to your store, that's a huge inconvenience! She said oh yeah okay I'll put your name down. I understand they were closed, however, I feel she was extremely unprofessional in dealing with something she should've been more eager and willing to correct asap, considering this was not a customer mistake. It seems like she is need of much better training, for sure. On a good note, the other store was very nice and apologetic, even though it wasn't their fault! I will def be doing business at that location...

I was going to go to the much superior fast food chain, Culver’s, which was just across the street, however it appeared they had a wait of probably 20 minutes. I went to Jimmie John’s instead. There was only one car in the parking lot. I parked in the section that had no parking lines so I parked facing the building, opposite of the lines were they actually painted there, they weren’t. I continue inside with my brother, we were the only customers, plus the three employees inside. We were immediately met by a manager? Never the less, she took it upon herself to mention the parking job I had done. I thought it was a joke so I rolled with it and stated it was the more convenient parking spot and that there were no lines. She then stated, in a passive aggressive tone that there were in fact lines. There in fact were no lines, leaving it up for the customer to park how they chose. She also quipped a quick line about me being lazy. She then made a second passive aggressive comment stating that it was her parking lot. I hardly doubt this, but I’m not here to get into that. We ordered our food, which was made at a mediocre pace, not the “freaky fast” that I had been promised by the signs and the employees T-shirt. As we were leaving, the manager stated, and I quote that “she has to keep her customers in line.” My brother reminded her that we are her only customers and we could have easily waited 20 minutes for a superior food across the street. I explained to her that I would leave a review. Maybe a change in management?..or whatever she is. However, I recognize that workers are in short supply so I would settle for paid for sandwich given to me, at the superior location just...
Read moreI worked here for 9 months mind you this i’m only 16!! I went to the hospital for an emergency for my heart and found a replacement to take my shift. I called in to tell the gm and she told me he couldn’t take my shift bc he took someone else’s that day. i’m already hooked up to an iv at this point and was asked to come in after i got out the hospital or i needed to find a new replacement.
