KFC — Restaurant in Goshen

Pretty disappointed in my visit today. I’ll start by admitting I’m not exactly a fan of KFC to begin with, but my wife generally likes it and was craving chicken legs and wings. We had it a few weeks back while traveling, and stopped while going through Missouri. That place was busy and the food was acceptable.

Fast forward to today’s experience. It was after 5:00pm, so I would expect fresh food. The food was warm, but definitely not fresh. It looked like it had been sitting in the warmers since it was made at lunch time. The lady, Debra, who took our order spoke quietly and I misunderstood that she said $32, for our meal. I thought she had said $22. I got a chicken strip meal, for $7.99, and my wife wanted simply 3 legs and 3 wings, ala-carte as it were. The meal came out with 3 sets of biscuits, and it was like 2 basic chicken meals I guess. I questioned it when I found the total charge on the receipt and suggested we had a similar meal in Missouri that was much cheaper. She said she could have rang it up differently, but the price would have been the same. I’m skeptical.

The seats of the benches were sticky and my wife was uncomfortable sitting on them in her dress. And pretty much every surface in the restaurant felt greasy or sticky. We left feeling like we needed to take a shower.

I can take my wife to a nice dinner at chilis, BW3s, or Applebee’s for this price and not feel gross after. She is from Russia, and ate KFC there regularly and never had issues. We will not be going back to this particular establishment, and I will tell all of my friends and family about the condition, cost, and lack of...

Absolute, worst experience I've ever had @ a fast food restaurant.. We have given them numerous chances but will never go back after tonight. We asked for a chicken sandwich & her response was I can't do that, we have tenders up if you want those (so basically, I don't feel like making your food so you can have tenders) Finally, get to the window after repeating myself 3 times into the speaker & the girl @ the window was the most immature, unprofessional person I have ever met.. Laughing and bouncing around the whole time, throwing cups, making very odd comments & noises.. It was very uncomfortable every time she came to the window. She hands me a bag with half of my order so after I tell her we are missing food & she tells me to pull forward (we have already been waiting 20 mins) we pull forward to wait another 15 mins & another employee walks from the other side of the building (bc they closed the dining room 10 mins before they were supposed to) & of course we were still missing a cookie. I tell the girl & she says take it up with management, I don't own the place. I try to go inside for the cookie & after staring from the dining room the girl who should have been moping but was on her cell phone, finally comes over to unlock the door. The manager gives me 2 cookies, as if that makes up for the terrible customer service & I leave. What should've taken 5 to 10 mins took us a good 45 mins. Worst customer service ever, we will...

Today we decided to get kfc for lunch. mistake I guess. Ordered two #17 and a Mountain Dew, (which is two famous bowls.) Then ordered a #7 (5 piece, biscuit, coleslaw, frie) was rudely asked what drink I wanted, I stated Mountain Dew. Then was asked what sauce i wanted I stated 3 ranch 3 barbecue. Was told I was going to be charged extra for the sauce. Crazy. But okay. Then proceed to order 2 extra biscuits which I was immediately told we don’t have biscuit in a very rude tone. I laughed and thought it was a joke like how does kfc not have biscuits!! Pulled around and asked if you have no biscuit there should be a discount on my #7 meal. Then was told they have one biscuit in the entire store. I was then given back my card with no receipt handed my food with only one drink. I then dealt with another rude male individual who came to the window and asked what’s up ? I then stated I don’t have my other Mountain Dew or my biscuit or fork.. . He slammed the window got my Mountain Dew and then re opened the window aggressively and said here you go pull up if you want you biscuit it’s a 9 minute wait… now all of a sudden we have biscuit?!? Crazy.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Complete s**t hole...
