Worst experience at a fast food restaurant EVER. Avoid this McDonaldâs at all costs, unless of course you want to get treated disrespectfully and pay for items they donât even want to give you. First of all the guy taking my order was rude and couldnât get anything I said right on the display screen. I said I want a #3 with a chocolate milk and puts three #3âs on the screen so I had to have him fix that. Then I order a Carmel frappechino and he puts a regular hot coffee with cream on the screen, again I had to have him correct it, I then try to order cinnamon melts and he proceeds to tell me they donât sell that item when it was right on the menu. He gets frustrated at me and tells me to pull around to the first window to finish my order. It gets worse. I get up to the second window and a lady hands me a bag and carelessly tells me to âhave a good dayâ. I sit there flabbergasted that she didnât even hand me the drinks I ordered first so I had to get her attention and ask for my drinks. I say âIâm missing my drinks, I ordered a chocolate milk and Carmel frappechinoâ she says âyou ordered a coke!?â I corrected her 2 times. She huffs and puffs and goes and brings back a chocolate milk and tells me again to âhave a good dayâ. I say Iâm still missing my Carmel frappechino, aggravated , she hollers, âI need a Carmel frappechino!!â she hands me a tiny cup and I say âI ordered a medium, here I can show you my receiptâ she says âseriously sir, just take it, you said a Carmel frappechino and this is the size your gettingâ I also said âI am still missing both hash browns I orderedâ with the biggest attitude she storms off and grabs 1 hash brown and gives it to me, I say â I ordered twoâ she storms off again and grabs another one, while shaking her head she hands it to me and says âI said, have a nice day sirâ. Needless to say, nothing about this experience was about to help me âhave a good dayâ like I said this was such a frustrating experience, I canât even grasp how this McDonaldâs is still in business and how those people who work there even get to keep their job.    Read moreI waited in the Drive-Thru for nearly 10 minutes just to make an order, and was told to hold on a moment a couple of times. However, cars in the other lane of the drive-thru were having their orders taken with no problem. After 3 cars passed through the other lane, and the two cars in line behind me had backed out and switched lanes, I decided to go inside to get the only thing I had planned on ordering, a simple drink, because McDonald's has the $1 for any size drink deal. I figured it would be faster, and you can't really ignore somebody when they are visibly standing in front of you.
I went inside, and there was only one person at the counter waiting to have their order taken, so I waited behind them. Apparently, they had a mobile order, or something, and was passing their phone back and forth over the counter to the cashier to have it straightened out. This took another 10 minutes. No other register was open, and the issue was not sorted out on the side away from the register. During this time, another person in line behind me turned and left the store because the wait was too long. The employees behind the counter were not in any hurry to do anything, and looked as though they had no care in the world.
I decided that waiting 20+ minutes for a drink was not worth it, and I left without making an order. I decided to call the store and talk to the manager to let them know about what happened. As it turns out, the manager claimed responsibility for telling me to hold on a moment in the drive-through, and was also the cashier who was passing the phone back and forth with the other customer. She apologized once, and then hung up on me.
I've had bad service at plenty of McDonald's, but I always took it with a grain of salt, because I have worked in fast food before, and I understand how things work. But this case was just blatantly, outright irresponsible, with no sense of sincerity from management. I don't think it even bothered them that they lost a number of customers in that short amount of time.    Read moreHorrible experience every time I went and the last time I went will forever be the last time. I ordered online for once with them which I have no problems with the other stores. I went into a parking spot and waited for the food 15 minutes later there was still no food. I looked at my app and it said they gave me my food (never did of course) I try to go into the store and it was locked when I saw customers in there. I tried calling them and no answer, so I called corporate of course with no luck on a refund or anything but at least I got to mention how horrible the store was. I ended up going through the drive through which was taking forever and the line was really long of course and by the time I got to a window I was waiting for someone to come up to it not to mention people knocking on the window before I got there because I'm sure their orders were wrong the guy in a very rude tone said "what did you order" and I said I ordered online never got my food and here it is an blah blah and I'd like a refund and he said he couldn't do that and he'd have to talk to the manager, I said get the manager now obviously irritated since I've been there over 30 minutes at that point and she refused to come talk to me and he said that they're backed up which they really weren't all that bad off I've seen worse. I was told to pull forward and eventually I did and waited another 10 minutes just before I was about to go into a fit for not getting my money they finally came out with my money.
