Wendy's — Restaurant in Goshen

I always order their spicy nuggets and I want them fresh... I have been doing it every since they've been serving them and I don't normally have an issue but tonight I ordered and the server Sarah in the drive thru had a attitude when I placed my order she totally ignored me when I said I would wait on fresh nuggets... so I thought maybe she's just having a bad night I got my food it wasn't fresh so I told them about it well she snatched the nuggets out of my hand and shoved the regular nuggets at me my response did you just snatch this bag out my hand her response well I didn't try to she rolled her eyes and slammed the drive thru window in my face!! I went back through the line and someone else came to the intercom and I asked for her name and explained what happened the guy lied and said he couldn't give out her name so I looked at my receipt and her name was Sarah I said I would like my money back and I'm reporting you too because I don't appreciate you lying to me refusing to give me her name to try and cover for her after she mistreated me I'm calling management and corporate about the matter I...

I live literally about six minutes away and ordered food for delivery. The nugget sauce we asked for was not delivered and despite the restaurant being so close to my house and the delivery driver delivering on time, our food was ice cold, all of it and looked to be very old, like it had been sitting out the whole day. Fries were soggy , cold, mostly stuck together and tasteless. The crispy chicken patty on my sandwich was old, cold,and tough, obviously from sitting out, and once again tasteless. My sandwich was even missing a few things I even asked for. We all know what fast food looks like when it's not made fresh upon or close to the time of order, and has been sitting out all day and my order looked just like thar. There was no reason my food shouldn't of been made fresh when I ordered around 3pm and my order was " made" and delivered in under 20 minutes. Wendy’s used to be the go to fast food place my husband and I would choose. Now it’s like the very last option we have anymore when we go we always get lukewarm food.fries that are old and we just aren’t impressed like we used to be. I’ve seen employees wear headphones, or have fake nails on as well as chewing gum and having their drinks at the window some employees don’t even wear gloves is distressing..they are just not happy to see you when you go up to pay they are taking another persons order and just hold Out their hand. I rather just cook at home then to spend money on food that I can’t get fresh, or good service. This has happened more than once. What gets me is they have a commercial that Wendy’s fries are better than McDonald’s and I can say for a fact...
