I placed a curbside pickup order and followed the instructions to park on the east side with hazard lights on. When I arrived, there was already a car (likely a delivery vehicle) parked in the designated spot, so I temporarily parked near the door—what I now understand was a walkway area. I genuinely thought the staff would quickly bring out the pizza, as curbside is supposed to be a fast, convenient option.
Instead, a man named Wes came out and immediately spoke to me in a rude, condescending tone, telling me I had to move because I was in a “handicap spot” (which it wasn’t—it was a walkway). I understood the need to move, and I was not trying to block access or be disrespectful. What bothered me most was that as he walked away, he threw out, “That’s just driving 101,” in a sarcastic tone. That kind of attitude was totally unnecessary.
I wasn’t trying to cause any issues—I was just trying to pick up my order following the instructions given. A little kindness and understanding would have gone a long way. Hope they work on handling these situations more...

Wife realizes and tries to chase him down....too late he's gone. no big deal....it happens. we call right away thinking it's only been a minute and he can turn around. wife calls they say we will have to wait until he gets back and hangs up never asking who it is. we call back 45 min later to see if its on its way and he says he doesn't know and will have to wait until the driver figures it out and hangs up. horrible customer service. you would think they learned from the last time they were in grafton and went out of buisness but no. we wont be back.
Update: called two more times and spoke to manager who was rude and said we would have the rest of our order in ten min.3 hours later. Never...
Read moreSo I have had a couple issues with the tracker not being accurate and the driver literally leaving the order in front of our door without calling or knocking. But there was a snow storm and it had been an hour from the time we ordered. I spoke to what seemed to be a new manager but he was super professional. Apologized, remade my order with highest priority for me to pick up. He apologized again and said 2 drivers called in due to the snow. I get it. The driver did get to my house while I was at the store but my wife told him I'd gone to get it. He looked defeated and apologized as well. We thanked him for driving in the snow and told him he'd keep his $10 tip which cheered him right up. Lol. A bad experience made right. That's all it...
