I stopped midway through my trip to have lunch. I needed to get out of the driver's seat for a while. As I entered the lobby I noticed that they had 2 automated kiosks That you could import your order. However they only used cards and I had cash. The register wasn't ATTended so I had to waitFor the drive-through attendant to notice me and ring my order up. She was very nice. The place was very busy with Call in orders and drive-through. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes until I noticed that people that had come in after me were already getting their food. But still I didn't say anything I knew they were very busy. Then the drive-through lady that had waited on me noticed that I was still standing there. She went to see what was going on on the monitors. She found my order and saw that I hadn't been Served yet. She mentioned to the manager what had happened. The manager took care of me personally and delivered my food within a minute. When I sat down at the table I took out the 1st taco, I love their hardshell plain tacos. It appeared they tried to make it up to me. The meat was hot and fresh, the shell crispy, The lettuce fresh And an abundance of cheddar cheese. It also seemed to me that they used to larger taco shell. It was delicious. By far the best tacos I'd had at Taco Bell to date. I wasn't upset At The wait time. They were clearly very busy and accidents happen. They more than made...

Ordered online, walked inside food was already sitting on counter, when I am grabbing my order the lady at the counter tells me she needs to check my phone to see if it’s my order ( my thing is why put the food on the counter if you don’t want people to grab it, what you should do is have it sit behind the counter and when people come in to get online orders or whatever ask them for the name on the order ) I feel like I’m being accused of stealing my OWN food, then I have to tell her I had a drink not once not twice but threee times then she takes my food out of my hands to look at the bag and tell me my drink is sitting on the shelf, and it’s gets even better I’m checking my food out in the lobby and there is 4 items missing that is more then $10 dollars of stuff but they wanna accuse me of stealing my own order but can’t even get the order right, maybe you should worry about getting orders right and keep them behind the counter instead of worrying about the wrong things, I don’t need no problems that’s why I...

Taco Bell has changed in the last couple of years, for the better. We ate in and it was very clean. The young man who took our order was friendly, confident and had a good sense of humor. He even brought our order to us, maybe because I use a walker and it wasn't busy at 4pm on a Saturday, tho my husband could walk fine. We had tacos, a quesadilla and drinks. And the puffy, crispy & twirled cinnamon sticks. It was all delicious but I kicked myself for getting root beer and not the Baja Blast (didn't need the caffeine so late, anyway). And the tacos were really good! We had eaten there because we drove through the new Mebane store last week for 1 each when we were starving - unbelievably delicious - was Graham was just as good (or were we just that hungry in Mebane). Yes, they've changed the meat recipe. What used to taste like a mystery meat/dog food blend was more like taco dinner in a box made at home with ground beef. Really good. And I refilled with that Baha Blast to put in the fridge...

Pretty good warm food every once in a while. I don’t have a picture of the cheesy bean and rice burrito here but it’s pretty darn good. I typically go during happy hour (sometime between 1 and 4 I think), because they have cheaper freeze drinks. Best of these freeze drinks is undoubtedly the Baja Blast. I don’t like soda in general but I enjoy this. I think the best things on the item overall are: Baja Blast Freeze, Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Quesorita, Nacho Cheese Taco, and the Cinnabon Delights. The staff, like other fast food restaurants, messes up orders sometimes but if you point it out they don’t seem frustrated. Actually had mine mistaken yesterday and mentioned it to them… and the dude at the window came back with a large freeze at no charge. Thanks bro.

Big back running the window was rude and sloppy. She rolled her eyes at me when I can back to the window to retrieve my 4 salsa verde packets that she didn't put in the bag...yeah at 20 cent a pop ima drive back through for THAT 👐 Run me up my sauce BBY.. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken, and extra sauce.. it comes out to like 8 bucks and they gave me a cold as quesadilla with like 3 slivers of chicken throughout the entire quesadilla. Didn't care to go back in because if big back rolled her eyes over having to reach into the sauce barrel I could only imagine what she would do if I sent my food back. Don't waste your time eating here.

What kind of joke is this? I ordered a total of 4 burritos with extra steak and apparently their definition of “extra” means three sad little meat cubes and an empty tortilla. One of them was burnt so bad it looks like it got dropped in a campfire maybe that’s the “grilled” part? Whoever made these must’ve let a blindfolded toddler take over in the kitchen, because this is straight-up embarrassing. And listen, I know Taco Bell doesn’t offer vision insurance, but whoever is making these orders seriously needs to get their eyes checked and maybe learn how to read while they’re at it.
