Wendy's — Restaurant in Graham

I like the square meat that they use, plus it's sustainable meat because square animals contribute to the ecosystem and actually reduce global warming. Dave really knows how to make a great sub and he proved it when he pioneered the sandwich industry with square meat burger technology which has now been declassified. Overall my whopper tasted great.

I wish they had oven baked cherry turnovers at Wendy's. I would just differentiate it from Arby's by making it taste good and have hot frosting lathered all over it. But I guess if wishes were horses, beggars would ride.

Something weird is going on here. They only let certain people dine in and everyone else has to go through the drive thru. I saw several people get mad because the drive thru was taking forever. Several more people tried to dine in but got embarrassed when the door was locked and left to eat somewhere else.

Overall, I'm not impressed with the direction this location is heading. The last three times I went here I ordered a big bacon classic. I received a bourbon bacon the first two times and the most recent they gave me a pub burger. I just want to get the big bacon classic but they never let me. The great part is you can't complain unless you wait an hour in the drive thru again because the dining area is locked. I'm going to come back in a year and maybe try again, but maybe not. I used to eat here every week with my family.

Ever since the quality here dropped off we have been stopping at taco bell, which is just a mile down the way. We still slide through here and get our boy a kids meal while we're stuffing our faces with crunch wrap supremes. Taco bell is popping off right now, it's too bad Wendy's couldn't hold it together but I might still buy stock on the dip.

Quality is continuing to decline. My review used to be 5 star but now they never give me what I order. Now I just pick a random meal to try to get the one I actually want and at least that sometimes works. Today the fries tasted like someone scraped them off the floor behind the fryer. I'm going to cry...

This is why things can't b to hot!!!because of this!!!!Worst order ever, my seats r covered in chili, I handed a bag my daughter, and the chili fell immediately into her lap. Look at my seat, and this is after wiping it up, now I need to clean this, with a carpet cleaner.... I scooped up what was left, in her lap, and on the seat. And I put that on my, potato....yeah I faking at it,...cuz what the hell was I supposed to do..I let her have the biggie bag, and my friend have the other chili and potato.....u guys suck.......u did not add a single condiment, no fork no spoon,no butter, no anything...what the hell is wrong with u.... It's ridiculous when it gets to this point.... There needs to be a change in staff...fire them........send them to food Lion......there not worth the money.....Fire them .... Monday 7pm June 16, 25 check the schedule....fire them ..... except for the hard working guy making the orders..... A single guy making the orders... And the rest standing around being idiots!!!!! Oh yeah and I forgot to say (and Im. Not joking)) discussing who had the best nuggets... Saying Wendy's sucked... while I was standing there!!! And I wanted to say actually Wendy's spicy nuggets are amazing....there my fav fast food nuggets.... What the freak is wrong with you tardes...... You have no work ethic !!!! It's 4:46 am I tried to sleep it of but I couldn't I'm beyond pissed. It's pretty sad when I'm sitting here giving Wendy's a compliment on their spicy nugs, yet also saying this, this store needs better management 😔... Wendy's has good food, at an affordable price, that makes them 😊👍, but when your staff is incompetent,......that means...

So I hadn’t been to this Wendy’s in about six months. So I figured I’d give it another try as it’s only a few minutes from the house. When I pulled into store at around 7:50 there was a gentleman outside with a tablet at this point I’d like to say this guy had an amazing attitude, but was very frustrated. He was actually waiting to take my order or should I say metering traffic through the drive-through. We sat there and had a conversation while he waited for those inside to allow him to take our order. This whole process took about nine minutes. then he took our order and then proceeded to tell us that he didn’t have regular soda only had diet soda, tea, and lemonade. He also let us know that they have plenty of people on the inside and didn’t understand why it was taking so long. As we went to the drive-through, we got to the window and was told that we needed to pull up. I figured it was because we had ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget only to find out that the Nuggets were cold. This location has had problems for quite some time now and continues that problems. I guess this is why they didn’t give me my receipt so they wouldn’t get no complaints on their smg.The burgers are always good, but the nuggets were cold and to be honest it’s like they’re trying to beat their speed of service time set by their company. I guess it’ll be another six months...
