Horrible food and working there is not advised. They grind you to the bone and when your hands break out from the dish detergent they tell you too "suck it up" Sorry, my hands are bleeding from the cracks in my skin..piss off. So in short an inside look
Sometimes the chow main noodles have mold in them and we were told to serve them. I threw them out because I genuinely care about the customers and I WILL NOT serve what I won't eat. Almost got written up for that even though I told the manager they were moldy and I was not serving them
Management were all over the wall about policy. One day we have big containers to have all the days as and seasoning for the food and the next they are like "hey use small container is better that way (verbatim)
Massive disconnect between corporate and the on-the-ground in store activities and lacking if general communication skills (unless you speak Vietnamese or Mandarin)
The staff makes fun of customers.I understand working in the service industry you deal with a bunch of irate customers but you do service with a smile and shut your damn mouth.
All in all I'm not surprised at the negative reviews and everyone here has a right to sound off here and I don't blame them at all. I worked from October 2015 to January of this year and to anyone that was served in that time frame by me I apologize for the horrible...
Read moreWent here at 1:14pm LUNCH TIME. First I was told the sweet fire chicken would be 10 mins, I said I'd wait so she then says they have NO sweet fire chicken. I asked for Orange chicken she tells me the orange chicken will take 7 mins. I told her I would wait at which time she laughed at me. This was unbelievable for lunch time. I asked for four bowls each to be paid for separately she said they could not do that only two at a time so I had to order two bowls and then go all the way back around the line and order two more. Which I was completely fine with. I asked for lots of soy sauce and chili sauce and did not get that had to sit and wait for the lady to bring it back outside. Very unprepared for lunch this was very sad to see because panda is one of my favorites. The lady acted like me ordering chicken was just completely outrageous. I do like Panda so I will probably go back but last time I went to this particular Panda in Granbury the shrimp was undercooked and the fried rice was very plain. It seems Granbury is outgrowing itself I sure hope this place does better otherwise they just may not...
Read moreI like Panda Express as a ”healthier” option in terms of fast food. The Granbury location doesn’t always have the food I want available when I visit (most times, the Mixed Vegetables/Super Greens are out...today’s visit all the Teriyaki Chicken was undercooked, therefore unavailable). I’ve always been able to order entrees a la carte (which are noted on the menu, available in S-M-L options). I like to order 2 small entrees a la carte. I’ve done this numerous times at this location and others. However, today when ordering, I was informed they can’t sell small entrees by themselves. I questioned this since I have purchased them this way before and it is listed on the menu. I was told I could only purchase this if I were to add them on to a bowl or plate option. They let me order a medium entree a la carte. So, do the math Panda Express...2 small entrees would cost $8.20, while 1 medium costs $7.40. I would have spent more if I would have been allowed to order what I wanted. Oh well...I remember this next time and probably go somewhere else for...
