Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Granbury

The service here was terrible. The girl behind the counter was very rude and hostile. She complained when i came in and ordered a pizza and said " wasting all my hard work" in reference to the prep area she appeared to be cleaning and getting ready to close it down, it is only 630(ish) at the time. Their posted hours of operation state that they do not close until 9 on Fridays. When my pizza was done she glared at me and said "get out" among other vulgar things she said toward me. The Manager had made the pizza as quick as he possibly could and in turn mixed up the sides of my pizza (i got half Crispy BLT (which is supposed to have the creamy garlic sauce) and half Herb Chicken Mediterranean (which is supposed to have the olive oil and garlic sauce), he did not pay attention to what he was doing and the toppings did not get put on the sides with the correct sauce. As soon as he was done with the pizza he walked off into the back of the store when the girl became rude and hostile, he did not try to apologize for it, he simply walked off and pretended it...

I have not had PM pizza in a long time. I do not like to complain but I was disappointed in the way the place looked in the store. There was one light on in the whole place, crickets and food underneath the whole work area and cash register. They hadn’t been there for just a day or two. There was food all over the countertop and where preparing the pizza. Seemed like the place is about to go under for how it all looked. You know we usually get Papa Murphy’s here in Granbury if not every week, then every other one. We’ve always had great great service and food. Sunday morning I checked to see if there were sales since it was Father’s Day. Nothing. So I ordered two family size pizzas for my family. Right before we picked it up we received notice of 30% off but I’d already paid for it!! Then my son picked them up for us, their first time for Papa Murphy’s! The pepperoni was huge disappointment.
