If you’re looking for sugar cookies….run far away from this place. We ordered 50 cookies for a wedding shower. Upon placing the order ( in person) we had doubts they would turn out correctly due to the way that the order was taken but had heard good things and decided to try it. They were supposed to be the monogram “cBb” however when we picked them up they said “cbc”….the wrong letters! We called to ask if they can correct them and they said “once they leave the store it’s not our problem” however after arguing with the manager, she told us to bring them back and they can make turn the “c” into a “b” but when we got there the froster was “heading up north” so another employee literally make a black blob on top. Even without the error they were HORRIBLE…..FOUR WERE BROKEN IN HALF! I needed them for the shower so it took 2 trips to the store, $40 of supplies and 4 hours to fix them to make them DECENT enough to give out. How embarrassing! I would never support this establishment again after working with rude employees who don’t own up and fix their mistakes and frosters that could care less what their end...

We ordered cookies here for my nieces wedding shower. They were supposed to be monogrammed. Upon picking them up they were the wrong monogram and looked horrible. My sister-in-law took them back in and the attempted to change them. I am posting a picture below to show you what they look like. My five-year-old grandson could’ve done a better job. My niece ended up, scraping all the frosting off and decorating herself with no decorating experience they looked better than what we received. When my sister-in-law talked to the owner, she offered nothing. What an embarrassment. I will never go back. There’s sugar cookies. Decorated used to be beautiful. Not anymore. Also, I didn’t mention four of them were broken. What has happened to...

I will say I've been coming here for 30+ years for the the pasties, cookies , birthday cakes , Ect, before that if you want to put my mother coming when you were off of Davison rd . Your frosting covered sugar cookies , were always a 12⭐in my book but, this is a third time tryout and I wouldn't rate them a ⭐ if I could, absolutely terrible . Even my French Bulldogs who eat everything shrugged there noses after they tried a bite of your dried out sugar coated card board , and for the prices you should be ashamed that you even put out a product that my dogs wouldn't even eat. Absolutely disgusting too say the least 🤮I will not be back , reduce your prices, and go back to your original recipes and maybe then, you'll...
