Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Grand Haven

My boyfriend and I LOVE Jersey Mike's, however we usually go to the one in Holland during peak lunch. We happened to be in Grand Haven and this location had the absolute most awful manager working. She was on the shorter side, maybe mid forties, maybe hispanic. She made the entire atmosphere tense. She was short with customers, short with her employees and rude. While my boyfriend ordered (we get the same thing so it's not like we were himhawing around) she sighed and was going to walk away before I could order w him, then cut me off while I was ordering and told me to tell her later. After my sandwich was made by her(I asked for extra vinegar), an employee started wiping her mess. She proceeded to snap at him "why are you wiping that?" He sheepishly said that there was vinegar there. She snapped again that he didn't need to be doing that because she out a towel on it. You could tell it was already tense and she wasnt making it any better. When we came in, it was lunch time and there was 3 people in front of us, and I'm sure mobile orders but we have never experienced this at the Holland location. If I could give 0 starts I would. First, my girlfriend was in there for 45 minutes for two regular sized subs. Second, my sub was not made correctly after she repeatedly asked them for rosemary parmesan bread and to add pickles. I got neither. They also told her after 30 minutes my sub was “made wrong” so they were just now throwing it back on. Then it was another 15-20 minutes after that and it was still made wrong. As for her sub, she asked for the original Italian just the way it comes. Simple enough, but when it came to her he just slapped the bread on no sauce. When she asked what it typically comes with, he wasn’t sure and pointed to the board above which doesn’t list sauces or anything else just meat. One guy was given the wrong sub and had to get called back and hand in his sub and then wait for the correct one. Where was the manager? It was just three young boys who clearly...

Visited your store once before. Loved the sandwich I had. Reminded me of the subs we had in Maryland in the 50s. But sadly today, I wanted a sub to take to the beach and have lunch. When I pulled up to your store in Grand Haven I could see five people standing inside. None of them had a mask on. And, as if that wasn’t bad enough, none of the people behind the counter were wearing masks either! I didn’t go in. Went across the street to Wendy’s and had a disappointing lunch at the beach. It is not possible to maintain safe physical distancing in your facility! Especially with no lines on the floor!
