we went through the drive-thru to get a jalapeno popper chicken sandwich and we got the $5 double bacon biggie bag. Before leaving the drive-thru checked our order and the double bacon sandwich my husband ordered had no bacon on it so we sent it back in he had ordered it with only mustard pickles and onions after they handed us the new sandwich we pulled forward started driving out and as all of you know once you get out of Wendy's you have to go clear down 281 to be able to turn around and come back and we noticed that his sandwich was wrong a second time so we went all the way around went back in asked that they remake it this would be the third time, while I was waiting I told the employee at the front counter I was going to go use the bathroom I would be right back for his sandwich went in the bathroom used the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush which was odd so I went to wash my hands and no water came out of the sink I came out and I told the employee that there was no water coming out of the sink and she looked at me and said yeah the plumbers are working on the water so the water is turned off. I was extremely upset had I known this and that I wasn't going to be able to wash my hands after using the bathroom I would not have used the bathroom first of all second of all why would you not tell a customer who told you they're going to go use the bathroom that your water was off thirdly if the water was off why would you not close your bathrooms until the water was turned back on on another note how are the employees washing their hands when there was no water just something to think about overall it was a pretty rough experience. We didn't even end up eating our food as like I said they had no water and we didn't know how they were washing their hands so we just threw it in the trash. I've done this 3 times. Ordered a side of spicy honey bbq. This is what it says on the app. Th GM of 3 years who KNOWS the menu says im wrong they don't have that. No problem. I stated I'll come in to show him.
I was calm. It wasn't a big deal. He starts yelling at me some more about how there is nothing on the menu like that. I get he probably has aggressive customers. I could have shown him that it's how I've been ordering it. 3 times before nobody corrected me. I was embarrassed and horrified at how I was being treated. If he would have just allowed me to show him he could have educated me on how the app is.
I didn't complain about how inconsistent the spicy honney bq nuggets were. I totally thought I had found a polite work around that 3 previous people had no issues doing.

But after waiting 25 minutes for my food I was still missing a side of fries and ranch, so I asked the gal putting orders together. She told me to wait, and put two other orders together. The 2nd person told her she should have completed my order before his, she said she did, it was just missing stuff. He told her that's not a completed order then. She said she's just doing her job. I told her that I understood but I had been waiting 25 minutes for my food at this point and she told me "that's not my problem" very rudely. I told her that it kindof was, and she said no she's just the sandwich maker so no it wasn't her problem. Another employee stepped in and told her to calm down and got me the things I was missing.
