We have ate and drank at this establishment many many times over the last two years. Pros: great outdoor seating and quality of food is some of the best in the valley.
Cons: we had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food from the time of ordering. When we did it get we made a remark to the manager that we were a little disappointed that it took a lot longer than the 45 Minutes they told us it would take when we ordered.we also remarked it just seemed even longer as we had two small kids with us and it was a long time to wait. The manager promptly told us “I guess we shouldn’t have take your order at all then. This isn’t a traditional restaurant and it’s not for families.”
There were probably about 6 other families there that night with kids all under the age of 10. To say the least we were pretty startled and taken a back. We won’t be bringing ourselves or our kids back to the restaurant. I don’t like spending my money in places that don’t value my time or my families...
Read moreMy wife and I just got back to mn from a Colorado road trip spanning from frisco area to grand junction to telluride and back. 18 breweries along the way. A lot of great beer although after our stop here the craft beer scene struggled as we went south towards telluride area we didn’t hardly find any great breweries. However out of the 18 we stopped at this one was both our favorites. Not to say there wasn’t competition because from frisco area to here we stopped at some great breweries. This place just hit on every level. Beers were unique and great, brewery was simple yet put together so well, interior design work was killer. Our beer tender lady, I forgot her name but super cool chick, was perfect person to have behind a bar at a brewery. Super nice and welcoming. Food truck was great and just a great atmosphere. If we’re ever in the area again it will be...
Read moreMoving into this city I never thought I’d find great beer like the brewery I had worked for back home. The beer profiles taste great and comparative to that of Troegs I was spoiled by. They brew a lot of different kinds of beers, and provide fun activities at times, along with hosting some pretty bangin food trucks. If you would like to make the trek to their sister site in fruita- basecamp provisions, they have cocktails on tap. Their Paloma is to die for. Atmosphere is pretty chill. Food is flavorful with lots of offerings they take a lot of pride in their higher end cocktails. Ryan and Brooke are really knowledgeable on whiskey and bourbons with high end offerings...
