Ordered a pizza and boneless wings for myself and my wife got a spaghetti. The food was absolutely horrible. The pizza was like gas station pizza that’s been under the heat lamp for too long, and gave me incredible heartburn. I’ve had better pizza from little Caesar’s. The boneless wings barely had any sauce on them, the spaghetti that my wife received was a kids portion (she doesn’t eat much) and it was a dry, undersauced blob of something that might resemble noodles but not quite... and it was cold. She ended up eating one slice of my pizza that I ordered. What’s sad is that the toppings are delicious. The multi meat pizza I ordered had andouille sausage and Italian sausage and pepperoni I think... and they were all quality. The crust you could tell would be good if the pizza was fresh. The sauce was a bit heavier on the spices than I would prefer but even what little didn’t dry up TASTED good..

The worst part about everything is that I ordered through door dash, and contacted both door dash and old Chicago and the person who answered the phone wouldn’t even give me a name. They told me that if I had a problem it was the responsibility of Door Dash, in a very rude tone before they hung up. I’m stuck in a hotel room where I have very little options, as my semi is in the shop at freightliner and I have no access to a vehicle. Best they could have done was refunded my money or paid for DoorDash to deliver me what I asked for. Boston’s did when they messed up my order, and they did it quick with no hassle. Avoid this place at all costs. Boston’s Is similarly priced and...

Originally, I gave Old Chicago five stars because it WAS one of our favorite places to eat. I, especially, love the calzones . I usually ask for a couple of choice toppings plus extra provolone cheese added to the mozzarella cheese that's already in them, which made them extraordinary. My husband and I went there yesterday for lunch and were DISAPPOINTED for three main reasons. 1. The menus were trashed. They looked like someone sand papered half the ink off of them. They were harder to read. I wish I would have thought to take a picture. My husband does not go out often and drink draft beers and he thought it would be nice to enjoy one. Then we were told that their draft machine was broke and all they had was bottled beer. You would have thought that they would have offered a compensation, but they didn't. He ended up drinking water because he could get that at home for a lot less money. I know things happen, but it was disappointing. We were going to go to a brewery but I wanted to get an Old Chicago calzone which I so loved. This brings me to ... As I mentioned before, usually they are full of cheese, but this time, it was like they put half of one cheese, NOT EXTRA cheese. It had more of the ricotta. We gave our waitress a good tip because she was friendly and did her job well. I left 3 of the stars because the food was hot and even though not as good as usual, but good. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE 2 MAIN REASONS WE, SPECIFICALLY, WENT TO OLD CHICAGO FOR, DID...

Went here with friends several years ago when they first opened. Service was poor, food was cold and bland. I wanted to give them a fair amount of time to improve, so went again a few months later, and there were no changes.

Went last night with a group of friends, their choice not mine. It was very loud when we went in but our table was reserved and set up very nicely. It took a little while to get our menus and drinks because like every other place in the valley they were extremely short staffed. We ordered three different appetizers. The cheese sticks were cold and not completely cooked, the artichoke spinach dip was burned on the bottom, the meat rolls were kind of doughy in the middle. Then the pizza arrived, it was delicious! Unfortunately it was not very warm but was still tasty with generous toppings!

Our wait person was very kind and we could tell he was running around doing multiple jobs. He brought me a refill on my soda water without asking and was as attentive as he could be covering multiple customers. When the place thinned out, the football game volume was turned up so loud that we could barely hear each other. Other staff members I came into contact with were very polite and friendly.

The bathroom was spotless, and well supplied. Most likely will not go here again unless...

Worst service and the food is basically frozen pizzas. It seems like this has management and the staff have given up on service and quality. I’m so dissatisfied and sister wasted our time and money here when we could’ve gone anywhere else and received decent service and food. Asked for a cup of water from two different people 15 minutes ago and nothing. All drinks are empty and the cold pizzas arrived 30 minutes after we ordered. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. The best part of the meal was the exceptional service from the manager by the name of Martin. He was the only manager who would actually come over and talk to us after the first manager passed it off on him to follow up on the poor customer service. I told the first manager I didn’t get his name but that we had terrible service ask for management and he said it’s really busy tonight. It was not busy it was a Monday. Martin handled it with exceptional customer service. We left feeling valued by this one individual and thought you should know. Martin is a gem.

Being a New Yorker, I was bit hesitant to stop here, however the people looked happy exiting the building, so I decided to stop. The hostess was gracious enough to allow me to change seating and go outside. Tim was my server, and he was amazing. Tim was patient as I mulled over the menu and knowledgeable about all the products. The Cesear salad was awesome, and I love how they are not stingy with the dressing. The pizza ingredients were fresh and the brownie was the perfect end to this meal. Tim made sure I got to take my ice cream with me!!! Be sure to add this Pizza spot on your list of things to do while in Grand Junction. PS your newest employee made sure to tell me that you all prep all of the veggies and I appreciate the freshness of all the ingredients. The hard work of your team shows!!
