I spent over $30 in darts for an electric dart board, first throw one broke, the others were useless.... went to return the very next day and the owner stated “all sales final”!!! He wouldn’t even exchange for other items to replace broken parts. He wouldn’t even allow unopened items to be returned, instead he tried to sell me replacement parts for the poor quality darts he originally sold me. I’ll never shop this place again. Very rude owner and he had no customer service skills. I’d rather shop Amazon and get satisfaction for my purchases. I’d advise anyone in town to avoid this shop, they even tried to sell me an electronic dart board that did not have working electronics! Lol what a joke!! All sales final!!!! Buyer beware!! In response to your response..... it’s funny how I was blocked from responding to your BS response!! So I am adding to my original review. I will never conduct business with a deceptive liar such as yourself. One package of opened darts I tried to return or exchange were used by me and on my first throw the dart fell to the ground and broke , very poor quality. The ziplock bag of rubber darts were purchased for the children, as I told you both of these facts in person. The rubber darts are more durable but not good for use on electronic dart boards. Your shop did have signs posted stating All Sales Final... that should have been a red flag to avoid your shop! But I tried giving a local shop my business before Amazon or Walmart. Big mistake on my behalf. I learned my lesson and hope all of my friends and even strangers who will take the time to read this realize that a better quality dart for use on an electric dart board is for sale at Walmart for 3 bucks less than your shop. And they have a return policy for defects or dissatisfaction. Your response to my review was a feeble attempt at discrediting my character and anyone who knows me knows I have high standards both professionally and personally. Shame...

Use Amazon or A-Z darts cheaper and better service, the customer service is bearable at best. These negative reviews are spot on and playing across the valley most I've talked to agree. I know this will cue (pun intended) a comment from the owner but people should know. Good news is that if anyone with any knowledge and the slightest amount of respect opens up another billiards store they wouldn't have any competition from this place.

Post owners reply: This is exactly the belittling service and attitude that is projected onto customers. Quick to jump to conclusions, attack, and harass. Just a good forewarning to future patrons.

Well, haven't considered using this store, but now definitely won't. Evidently the caveman of an owner didn't like being taken to task for a bad attitude and felt it appropriate to assault someone. Even better, it was a woman on the receiving end of his ill-directed rage.

If he struck her, it's likely he's struck other women in his life. So one, don't support this proto-neanderthal by putting money in his pocket. Instead, visit another one of the billiards or dart stores in Junction. They'll likely have better people staffing them.
