I would leave names but I didn’t even receive a receipt. So I went here today 1/24/2020 at approximately 7:40 AM to the drive-thru. I’m excited it’s Friday. I attempted to order my free crossiant sandwich (bacon and egg only)from the Winterland games (anything won expires on 1/30/2020 per the coupon) in addition to a hash brown. As soon as I attempt to give her the order, she tells me to pull around. I get to the window to show her my phone and she said it’s expired (which it wasn’t and the timer was going). I told her the expiration date and she said something in Spanish to I guess the lady in the back prior to walking away. While I was attempting to look up the menu to see what size hash browns I wanted, she returned and gave me my crossiant without any condiments and walked away. I sat there and she came back to which I said I wanted to order hash browns as well. She told me the total without me saying what size I wanted (which she automatically assumed I wanted the smallest they sold I guess I wouldn’t dare want a bigger size since I’m redeeming something for free smh). I told her no I wanted a medium which she rang up. I specifically asked for TWO strawberry jellies and TWO ketchups. Which the only way I got it because she had an attitude was I parked and went in. I did tell her she does NOT pay for this. I get to my office to find the most pathetically made crossiant and of course no receipt as previously mentioned. Read moreReturned to this location to redeem a free whopper for taking the survey. When I arrived there were two employees in the kitchen, but I was completely ignored. After about three minutes a lady came from the back to take my order. When I gave her my receipt with the code she asked the two ladies in the kitchen how to ring it up. One ignored her and kept working and the other told her to enter a code like 9748 or something. She yelled to the lady and told her it was wrong, then the lady said with an attitude tell HER (which confirms that she saw me, but didn’t acknowledge me) she has to BUY a meal and to read the fine print. I then asked if it was a meal or a drink and side at regular price ( I read the fine print and it did not say I had to buy a meal). She then said oh either way you have to buy a meal. Huh? The lady said let me ask someone else, but at that point I asked for my receipt and said I’ll go to another location. Why would the location that provided the survey have staff that doesn’t know how to key in the specials? BK, TRAIN your staff and focus on customer service, please!
