Ok. Here I go again with a review! First, I must share this: I go to this Churches Chicken all the time for their Fried Okra ALL THE TIME. The crew at the window was always polite. I generally go around lunch time. Well! This evening was a different crew. Let’s remember that CUSTOMER SERVICE is as important as THE FOOD YOU SERVE!! Just now, customer service was horrible! I ordered a large fried okra and noticed the bag seemed emptier that I generally get. I politely as the girl at the window for a full box and to take a look at what is in there. Instead of looking and providing a full box of which I always get, she asked me if I wanted a family size for $2 more. I looked at her with these big eyes of mine and said, No! I want a full container of what I ordered. The older lady had, apparently, dropped a basket of okra to cook and said it would be a minute. No apologies for the under filled container. After the okra was ready and bagged, the young man handed me the bag and did not say thank nor apologized for this mishap. I said thank you and waited for a you’re welcome from the young man and got nothing but the drive thru window closed in my face. Now, management must keep in mind that when they hire these young folk, it is their job to make sure they are trained in greeting customers and taking care of customers. They imitated that older woman who showed no concern for this customer…ME. I was not rude. I was not inappropriate. I only go to THIS LOCATION for okra because it is fresh and the lunch crew is customer friendly. I have not seen this group before. Just a reminder: Customer Service is as important as the quality of the food you all serve. I will still go there for my okra, just not after...
Read moreChildren wanted chicken and we hadn’t had Churches Chicken in awhile. Visited this location and they first put the order in wrong and that should’ve been my alert to leave. Got my food and get home to find that items were missing. I called the store twice, but no answer, so I decided to return so that my order could be corrected. Once I get to the location the doors were locked and it’s only 6:00pm. The manager opened the door and I explained that items were missing from my order. The manager replied, “Are you sure”, because people lie about missing items to get free chicken. Mind you I spent close to $30 for my order only to be questioned about a few pieces of chicken that were missing and a biscuit. They acted as if they still didn’t believe me and was hesitant in correcting the error. On top of it all, the individual that questioned me was the one that missed up my order. Also, no one even apologized for the error, only stares from the staff as if I was lying. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS LOCATION TO ONLY BE TREATED AS A CHICKEN THEFT! SAD FOR BUSINESS! And the corrected order had so much grease that it created a hole in the bottom of the box. I wonder if I was only treated this way because I’m African American. If I was one of THEM I would’ve been treated...
Read moreI went inside to order because the drive thru never gets it right. While inside a witnessed a customer from the drive thru come in because her order was wrong, the manager EVA took it trashed it and replaced it, no apology. Why not offer her the food instead of trashing it since it was DEFINITELY CHURCHES FAULT? Customer was inconvenienced due to poor drive thru service and having to come inside. And yes I watched another Churches employee forget items on my order as well, she literally told me to check it which I did and it was missing an item "mashed potato" and yet again no apology just got the missing item and went on. Moral of the story is if the Manager does set a good example then don't expect the servers to be any different. PLEASE REMEMBER CUSTOMERS JUST WANTS WHAT THEY ORDERED. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL ORDER. NOT GETTING YOUR ORDER IN ITS ENTIRETY SPOILS THE...
