My granddaughter and I thought of going to IHOP after the lunch rush hour to have a leisurely meal before going shopping at Target. We arrived around 1:45 pm one of the waitresses asked us to sit down it would be 10 to 15 minutes, the restaurant was empty except for two guests, we sat and began to watch the goings-on. We realized that there were 3 ladies taking care of the front house, the hostess and 2 waitresses, no bus boy, one cook, and one helper in the kitchen. All the tables from lunch were still unclean, people were coming by to pick up phoned lunch orders, the lady in charge came by asked us to follow her, sat us in a clean booth and brought our coffee, the other 2 ladies were cleaning tables and taking care of the 2 tables, and then people began to walk in, I want the owner of this place to know that this 3 ladies deserve a raise and a pat on the back, they're an asset to the IHOP conglomerate they never lost their composure, they took orders, filled coffee cups, clean tables, sat incoming customers, placed orders, and helped each other in a well coordinated, professional, polite, fun, work force. We ate, paid, and took food home, while this 3 ladies cared for a full restaurant. Props to the cook 👏 food was coming out fast, hot, and tasty.

Look, the food was as to be expected at an IHOP, but the service is really lacking. When we walked in, the hostess was so slow to help people. There was no urgency at all to help the line that was forming. Once we did get a table (it wasn’t even busy, just took way too long to get seated because of their lack of any kind of hustle) we had to remind the hostess that there were 5 of us as she tried to seat us at a table for 4. The ordering process doesn’t get any better. They don’t bring cream with your coffee, but they do serve it in dirty mugs. When you try to flag down your server to get a replacement mug and some cream, you can expect to wait an additional 5 minutes, even though it’s not busy at all. After your meal, you get to wait forever to not only get the check, but to then get your card back. Yeah, the food was fine, but the lack of service makes it not worth it.

Updating review 7/23/2025 The place was dead. Terrible customer service. The server and manager refused to sub a side salad for hb, and told me I had to order a dinner salad because they have no way to order through their system. I have ordered the same entrée with keto substitution at every location for years at multiple locations, and this location just decided they do not want my business. Thankfully, they're not the only late night option in the area. 2023 Met a friend for breakfast at this restaurant. Salad, entree, and dessert came out at once. Steak was overcooked. Meatless spinach omlet had some hamburger. $2 surprise upcharge for seasonal pancakes, nearly doubling the cost. Service was good until the end, and then we waited a while on our server in order to pay.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Save your time and hassle. I wanted to give 0 stars but couldn't. I never ever write reviews. This is my first. This place has to be bad for me to write one. Woke up on the Sunday of my husband birthday and was trying to surprise him with breakfast in bed. I tried to call my order in but to no avail. Afrer 18 times calling the line remained busy. So i decided to drive up the street and place the order in person. Upon entering into the place the 2 hosts at the counter informed they would need to find a waitress to take my to go order. I literally waited 5 minutes before someone took my order at 12:21pm. I observed that they were busy and the waiting areas were full. About 1 minute after placing my order the waitress came out and had me sign my ticket (which I have her a really nice tip ) and she immediately brought my 2 coffees out. I thought oh yeah this is going great. Then it went down hill from there. As i patiently waited I observed every single person in the waiting area being seated, even some new customers. 10 minutes after i placed my to go order a man came in abs placed his to go order. He recieved his order within 15 minutes and walked out. At that moment I realized that I had been waitung over 30 minutes. So I asked the hosts to please go check on my order. They asked who took my order and I told them. They stated they would need to go ask the waitress about my order. They both came back and never said a word to me. The young man continued to fold kids menus and the young lady continued to seat people. So after another 5 minutes I asked them to go check in my food and get the manager. The young man comes back with my food, which is stone COLD and no manager. So I said thanks for the food and I still want to talk to the manager. I explained to him what happened and showed him the time on my receipt, 12:21pm and that I was just getting ky cold food at 1pm. He stated, "The food gets cold fast. So what do you want me too do." He did offer to remake the food but like I told him, I didn't have about 40 minutes to spare or take a chance on them doing something to my food. So he said sorry and walked away. I then asked for my original receipt so I could take that generous tip that put on there off. The young lady host stated she had to go find the waitress and get it. She comes back after a couple of minutes and never says anything to me but keeps seating people. So I asked her what did the waitress say. She says, "OH they are working on it. I said it would be great customer service to let me know what was going on. Then several minutes later the manager walks up and hands me cash to reimburse the tip, when I paid with a card. He never says a word. So I asked if they had already run my card and he stated yes that's why I'm giving you cash back for the tip. So I said once again to the manager this time, it is great to inform the customer what is going on. This place has only been open about 2 months and the customer service, food and management is awful. Just go to the IHOP off of I-20 next to parks or the one off Hwy 287. Both places know how to cook food and give good customer service!!! BTW I ended up feeding the food to my DOG and she...

I never write reviews on places so you know this has to be bad for me to write one. Warning: DO NOT EAT HERE! So me and my sister decided to go out and have a nice little breakfast for dinner to talk and have a girls night out. Upon entering into the place there was no host at the counter and we literally waited 5 minutes before someone helped and to take us to a table. While walking we noticed a lot of the tables hadn't been cleaned and they decided to sit us around 3 filthy tables. Disgusting! What made it even more terrible was that there was barely any customers so why couldn't somebody get the tables cleaned. Then once seated, nobody came to ask us what drink we would like to start our meal off with. A waitress noticed after 20 minutes that we hadn't been helped and peeped her head around the corner and asked us did we need help. I was like yeah(In my head I was like duh don't you guys have assigned tables or something???) So they finally came to take our order. I told the girl that i wanted my bacon cooked well done more like crunchy and she wrote it down and took my sister's order. So we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food when all the other tables already got their food. Our food came out and I was highly disappointed. My strawberries on my plate were frozen and cold, my hash browns were cold, and my bacon was limp. I decided to ask for a manager(short lady with dark brown or black hair) and told her about the problem where she proceeded to say, "Well i could just take your plate to the back and warm it up for you. Our strawberries come frozen in the freezer so maybe that's why it's cold." I was like no! Every time I go to an IHOP my strawberries are warm and if anything I would want my meal to be remade. My sister's waffles were also cold and she couldn't spread the butter on them because it wouldn't melt. Also, I overheard from another table that one of the workers "accidentally" swiped the wrong card for somebody else's meal. Like what? We decided to just leave and go somewhere else. I was very disappointed because I've never had to walk out of an establishment before and this one is now closer to where I live! Just go to the IHOP off of I-20 next to parks or the one off Hwy 287. Both places know how to cook food and give good...

my friends and i came to eat tonight (sept 28) and we had a white young lady as our waitress (who is supposedly the manager). she did great, she was very kind and patient - no hate to her at all. her coworkers on the other hand, the black young lady with the black nose piercing talking with the asian server was very rude unprofessional.

  1. while all my friends were checking out, she was talking with her coworker when all of a sudden she stopped mid sentence to say “sorry i can’t right now, they’re talking too much.” and said something along the lines of “yap yap yapping”. i understand that there were times where we were loud, but we’re teenagers enjoying the night out. we were also quite respectful to our waitress. she didn’t even have anything to do with our table.
  2. while some of us were still waiting around for others to finish paying, she kicked us out in a rude manner according to my friends. yes i understand that we were crowding the area a little, but she could’ve handled it a little more professionally.
  3. as one of my friends were checking out, 2 of the kitchen staff started talking about him and laughing at him. my friend called them out for it and was clearly upset, and our waitress heard him and tried to understand the situation. however, the young lady i mentioned earlier, said something along the lines of “one of them are complaining saying staff was talking about them, it’s not even that deep”….. how would you feel if some stranger started making fun of you for no reason? my friend was clearly upset, but she put in no effort to understand his feelings or try to ease the situation.

overall - 4/10 experience. i’m not mad about the wait time for the food because i know it’s a big party. there are other people that need to be served too, and the restaurant is understaffed.

to our waitress/ manager, thank you again for being patient with us! we apologize for the inconveniences. to the other waitress and kitchen staff, y’all are in the restaurant industry for a reason. you got a simple job and it’s so serve with a good attitude.. if you can’t even do that, just quit and get a...
