McDonald's — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

The most terrible experience ever!!!! My husband myself and 9 year old son went through the drive-thru at 10: 50 p.m on a Saturday night! The manager for the evening was a lady named Wendy!! Recommended that this particular location closed down because the lack of service and I agree due to the fact that we drove out of that line at 12:20 literally! We were stuck in a barricade of cars some which did not move so we were forced to sit because our son wanted McDonald's! After about the first 20 minutes the employees came out and close one of the lines after another 20 minutes I got out of my vehicle and walked around to the window where a girl who claimed she was new messed up in order which is why the line had persisted for such a long time I asked them why would they not inform their customers of such a delay and that everything was fine I went back to my vehicle waited an additional 45 minutes back to the window with the same attendant accompanied by the manager I went back to the vehicle and once we arrived about 15 to 18 minutes later at the front window would be manager.. her name again was Wendy she didn't want to disclose the information but the brand new attendant who was battling the front line with all of these cars help us out with that information we asked for some type of compensation waiting for over a hour and 30 minutes for nuggets french fries double cheeseburger a McFlurry six cookies and she said that she could not do it I advised her that she could do so she could upside something or she could have come out and been more professional to the customers she advised me again they should close this location down because we are short-handed and she was very unprofessional and not helping the so-called new attendant who was very apologetic! Needless to say we had not received a discount a compensation for patiently waiting I was not driving so I was stuck in this car with my husband and my son who wanted the food and we waited and paid full price for everything to have cold fries a McFlurry that was actually a cup of ice cream with cookie crumbs on top no McFlurry. I would not recommend this particular McDonald's to my worst enemies family I hope.. I hope corporate finds this and make some corrections and staff especially when it comes to...

First we went for some cookies, ice cream cones & apple pies & 3 small fries.. we wanted a refund on the 13 cookies the dude at the first window told us to get refund from next window first thing that happens the dude at the 2nd window already had an problem gave us everything and asked if we still wanted a refund he got mad and we then asked for a single empty cup and he said that he could give it to us but we had to wait for it with our change still was asking for the cup for the cone and he never said anything about paying for the single empty cup otherwise that wouldn’t been a problem I could’ve just gave him the money for the cup but he told us to park by the door and he would bring us the cup and change(refund). The manager came out she looked mad then gave us the change we politely asked for the cup and she said straight up No, we would have to pay the paying part was never a problem she basically wanted us to get in the line for a single cup again which that’s ok BUT the ice creams where water down and they kinda looked like mash potatoes really bad tasted like it was sitting in ice. I was running late to work and they had the nerve to give me fries that were cold. As busy as they are there is always a freaking issue with the fries. Call the line to talk to someone and cant even get through. Today of course i chose not to get a receipt because it was raining and I just didnt feel like being bothered with the extra ling receipt for nothing. Now Im pissed cause I have to go back out in the rain which will be 6hrs later as thats when my lunch break is to handle this since they have the dang phone off the hook!!! Managers need to stop letting them leave the fries in the side rack. Not okay to drive and want a nice fry and its cold and wrinkly. Dont worry I am saving the dang fries as they are not edible or even bareable to eat!😡😤😡
