This experience was horrible. I ordered my food. Once Marie gave me my food I checked it and noticed the chili cheese frito burrito tasted spoiled. Asked her if I could pay the difference and order something else in place of the burrito. She stated no. So I asked her for a refund for everything I ordered. She stated no. I told her I was about to call corporate and she flipped her name tag over so it wouldn’t be visible and stated she was about to call the police. So I called corporate. Marie stated she was the only person at the store but there was someone else in the store. I called corporate twice to get my refund. I emphasized a corporation stole from me due to me not having my items or my refund. If I took something without paying for it they would consider it theft. So with that being said what do you think this sonic did if I don’t have the service I paid for I don’t have my money and now police being called. That’s a bad impression. Let’s me believe this can happen anytime I go to sonic. My money will be taken and it’s up to them if they want to give me the item I paid for or they can call the police. They stated someone will reach out to me. SMH. So a hour later I have no refund and no services was given to me and 3 police officers in different vehicles and motorcycle pulled up on me. I took video as well but google does t give the option to upload video.

The lady that came to my car stated that the manager couldn't refund me my money because I ordered through the app. So she gave me a gift card with the amount I paid *so she says* Well today I went to load the card on to my app and it's blank. There was never any money on there. When I called it, it said it wasnt an active card. Not going back to this location.

This used to be a decent Sonic, but that seems to have changed. I stopped for dinner on my way home and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, hot dog, chicken slider meal, and a grilled chicken wrap. I asked for 2 strawberry limeades for the drinks. I was a little concerned because the customer service was severely lacking. The woman didn’t confirm the order or show it on the screen. She was quick with a price and that was it. Sonic has always had that friendly person, confirmation of the order, and a thank you at the end. None of that happened here. A woman brought out my order and handed me the drinks first. I told her they didn’t look like strawberry limeades and looked too light to have strawberry. She told me the strawberries probably sank to the bottom and then she just walked off. I decided to taste them and check our order considering it cost about $30. The limeades tasted like flat Sprite and did not have a strawberry taste. Then, they gave me cheese fries instead of cheese tots. I pushed the button to tell them and ask for them to make it right. It costs too much to be expected to just deal with a wrong order or undrinkable drink. The lady was unapologetic and had me hold for a while before telling me she’d be out there. I’m assuming this was the manager, but her attitude was terrible. She came out and asked to see my drinks because she knows she put strawberry in them. I told her they didn’t taste like strawberry. She argued and told me they did because she put strawberry in them. Strawberry limeades have been my favorite drink for 20 years and those did not taste like strawberry limeades. I gave her the unopened straw and said she was welcome to try them. She said no and took the drinks. She was incredibly rude the entire time and acted almost irritated that I dare complain. Finally she came back out with new limeades and the cheese tots. She quickly said have a nice day in her rude tone and immediately walked off. The limeades were absolutely terrible again. One tasted like syrup and lime, and had liquid all over the lid and side. The other tasted like flat Sprite again. I just left and had to take a loss because it wasn’t worth dealing with these awful women again. Once home, the food was about the same……terrible. The terrible attitudes, acting irritated that a customer wants the correct order, and the apparent inability to make food and drinks makes this Sonic the worst one around. If that is how the company is ran and allows this type of behavior and poor service, we won’t be visiting...

I went on 12-14-21 and it was the most unpleasant visit. After waiting 5 min or so at the first speaker box with no answer after pushing the red button, I pulled to another one and the same thing happened. Other cars were pulling up and getting their orders taken pretty quickly while no one was answering me. I finally got out of my car and walked to the seating area to ask someone to take our order and to let them know that I’d been unhappily waiting for a good 10 minutes. I went back to my car and finally someone took my order, though they “didn’t have ice cream at the time” so I ended up not getting what I originally wanted. A young lady named Priscilla came out with my drink and had no smile, no kindness in her tone of voice, or any personable quality about her when speaking to me. All she said was the price, “$3.18.” After I gave her a $20, she proceeded to walk off with my cash and not bring me my change. I was willing to wait - until I saw her walking out several times to bring orders to other cars, all the while passing me by without even looking my way. So I once again had to get out of my car to get my change, to which I saw her hand it off to another girl who brought it out to me without a word. I asked if they were understaffed and the other girl said “yes”…but I saw at least 5 girls inside, one of them standing there looking at her phone. It was an all around horrible experience, the slush that I got was basically just flavored water, and I’m trying not to think that miss Priscilla believed that she got my $16.82 in change as a tip; funny because she did absolutely nothing right. I’m Starbucks barista, so I always try to have sympathy for other service employees, but when they are just blatantly rude, lazy, lacking in service and lackadaisical with their work I have no qualms with expressing my disappointment. 0/10 don’t go give this Sonic your business. The employees are just a bunch of young kids who know nothing about what it means to provide a service and to treat others with respect. If there was a 0 star rating I would choose...

This location is very very hit-and-miss... 50/50 chance that you'll find a working booth outside to order, (I think half of them are literally broken and you can't order from the menu) .. the only reason I've given this location a third star is because of the young associate named De'Anthony. My boyfriend and I came to this location a week ago for the tender combo to split. Money's tight you know?.. when served he was so kind very well-dressed and super professional for his age he looks like he's a high schooler so I really appreciated him being at work this day.. a small complication with my order whenever I drove off. My boyfriend realized how tiny the tenders were. I wish I had taken a picture for this but imagine popcorn chicken. That was pretty much half of my chicken tender meal and the other half was like super flat and overcooked. So not worth the 12 bucks SOO I went back and told the staff what happened. My server again was De'Anthony and I showed him the chicken. He was so understanding and so kind we even laughed about it together because of how ridiculous the chicken literally looked LMFAO he made it right FAST. Small wait , but the tenders he served the second time we're piping hot and actually tenders. On top of that he didn't even ask me for the other chicken. The cook needs to be more mindful about what he or she is serving back there... Money is so tight and whenever you throw something like this out the window I know it's fast food but please remember you're playing with people's money and stomachs.. De'Anthony thank you so much for your service. It literally takes one person to turn someone's day around and you were that person for us today. Your laugh, smile, energy and willingness to help and take care of the customer was so refreshing and needed. I hope your peers acknowledge your hard work and dedication. Keep on your hustle man! You're going to go far with this energy :) . If y'all come here ask for De'Anthony as your server he'll take care of you. Such...
