First of all the staff I encountered was so unprofessional. I was 10 min late showing up back to work because of this. I ordered on the app to have the sandwich made by a specific time. I checked the status of the order when I was at the store and it said it was āreadyā. I get there and only my coworkers order was sitting in the online pickup area. The cashier then asked me what Iām waiting for in a very rude way disrupting the paying customers already in line. So I have to literally tell the person making the sandwiches how I want it made. I get to the cash register and I grabbed a medium drink. She then looked up my entire order to make sure I paid for it and made sure I got the correct items she made me put the medium cup back for the small cup.ā¦.. why was I not compensated for the delay on my order? shouldnāt they have checked the online order before I got there and had it ready in the first place? Not when Iām about to grab my food and go? I wont be going back to this location. Horrible staffing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve tried giving them multiple chances but for whatever reason they can never get my order right, first of all they NEVER have the bread I ask for and instead of calling to see what bread I want they just pick and choose whichever and for whatever reason itās always wheat and never white bread when what I get is just white bread with herbs so why would I choose the wheat bread ? Another thing is they never start on your order until you get there and I would understand if they were busy but they NEVER are when I go. Also once I only got half my order and had to wait even longer, would not recommend ordering here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy son in line ⦠I ordered first and my son is a grown man and he was next to order and some heavy set Hispanic woman that works there .. directs him to move because a cop was behind him and she wanted to get his order first ⦠worse part was her hand motion to tell him ⦠there was no asking of my sons order and she excused him as if he wasnāt there. It would show great customer service to speak to the customer in a nice friendly manner⦠no apologies after I told her ā my son needs his order taken ā I said it three times and she made a ugly face to a coworker. With no apology. I donāt recommend this...
