Good burger. Great value on Tuesdays if you have kids.
Big E’s Prime Burger- $16: 7 oz patty ordered medium, but it was medium-well. It was still VERY juicy, though. The bun was a star compliment with full and filling body and yet soft. The toppings were fresh and delicious, but the long and super thin onions tried escaping and other toppings tried following suit. The cheese was melted well and just the right amount.
The value is debatable. I feel like I received what I ordered generally and it was worth it, but compared to other places, it could be a dollar or two less. With the free kids meal on Tuesdays, it made it worth it, though.
Fries - $2 extra: Basic golden fries, thinner cut. It was a standard serving and warm to the last fry. They were salted almost perfectly (and I am picky) and cooked spot on. They tasted great, too.
Cheeseburger Kids Meal - $7 (free on Tuesdays with adult entree): Took my son and he got his meal for free with my burger purchase. It was actually fairly big for the normal price and plenty of fries. He thought it was good and filling. It even comes with a drink!
They also have an all you can eat buffet, but only for lunches on weekdays (I asked).
Service: Service was amazing and everything was accurate (though I think the way I wanted my burger may have been missed). Everything was as quick as you’d expect with a sit down restaurant and they were helpful for sure.
Atmosphere: Large modern sports bar with lots of screens and various sports playing. Music was at a minimum, but it probably isn’t that way normally. Everything was clean and in tip top shape. They have booths as well as tables with chairs (high standing or standard). There was also a bar.
Conclusion: I’d recommend it. If you have kids, I’d definitely come on Tuesdays.

We had a reservation for two months prior to our party this past Saturday at 2 pm. Upon arriving early to decorate, our server was warned she should ask for another person as we were going to be drinking and eating as it is a surprise engagement party.
They did not heed her warning.
Our server was clearly overwhelmed and drowning. When asked for drinks, the bartender told several people to go sit at our table and wait for the server, who had two additional people bringing out food as it was prepared. One at a time.
The bartender was making Bloody Mary's one at a time for each table, rather than mixing a pitcher and adding veggies accordingly.
I walked in at 2:30 to see everyone else had arrived, about 10 people at the bar and one four-top in the other dining area that also had two servers. Maybe an hour later there were about eight more people in that dining area.
When asking the manager for help, she told us that the bartender could legally not help outside of the bar area. She also didn't offer help of herself or the other server sitting at the bar on her phone for most of the time.
Seven people were leaving early for a game. While our server took all that time to tally bills the rest of us sat dry and without service. I've never had a manager do more to drive business away and not help her overwhelmed staff to not earn extra business and tips.
I cannot comment on their food as I didn't eat while there. They were cool enough to let us bring in cupcakes and decorate for the celebration.
So, we paid up as soon as we could and walked to Brickyard where we spent another two hours with staff who were happy to have our money.
This was my first time visiting this spot, and likely my last time. I may try the...
Read moreSo, my friends and I were in town for a show and we stayed at the embassy suites. Assuming this would be a nice place from the atmosphere, I was completely mistaken. So the four of us sit down, our server doesn’t approach us for about ten minutes. We order waters, then she comes back and we order our beers, and our food. So about 15 minutes go by, still haven’t gotten our beers. Our food comes out, still no beers. So I kindly ask the server if she can go grab our beers that have been sitting on the bar for 10+ minutes. My food was not cooked right, I got the Mac and cheese and added chicken (no chicken) and a side of tots. My girlfriend ordered the sliders, which had hair in them. So, I’m picking at my food, and I start pulling hairs out of my dish. I ask for the manager, he takes care of it no problem. Our food comes back out with hair in it AGAIN. Not once, but twice. Our server is nowhere to be found at This point. I was up to the manager, which I assume is “Big E” and show him that their is hair in my food once again. So, at this point, I’m really upset and just want to leave. Big E approaches me and says “I’m sorry about tonight. We were busy.” Then asks if he can take anything off the bill, after he watched us pay. So then I ask Big E himself if there’s anything he could do, and he was kind enough to give me a free appetizer “for my next trip down here.” Love embassy suites, did not love big e’s. I wouldn’t...
