Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

I originally made this review after I ordered on 7-17 but was promised a refund so I decided since I got the resolution I was looking for, it’s best to take it down. However two weeks later and no refund so here we are; on 7-17 my girlfriend and I placed an order for boneless wings and fries, she likes hers with the sauce on them and I like mine on the side, so that’s how we order them. Well just like every single time before hand they don’t sauce either of them and put all of the sauces on the side. Cool no big deal, however If mine are supposed to come with 4 sauces on the side then why are we getting 4 sauces in total with 3 of them being the bbq sauce she wanted on hers. Still not that big of a deal, it literally happens every time we order from this location so we’re used to it. The problem this time is that they messed up the sauce situation and didn’t add any of our fries. I’ll take the accountability and agree that I should’ve checked the bag before leaving but I had just gotten out of work and I was hungry. When I got home and realized everything that was wrong I called the store with my complaint and was told I could either come back and get my fries or I could receive a partial refund for them. I’m sorry but that simply is not a good enough answer and I told them that. It’s about a 30 minute round trip from my house so all that did was guarantee atleast one part of my order is going to be cold. And if I had known that this is how my order would be received I never would have placed the order to begin with and would have gone somewhere else. The best way you could’ve handled the situation was to apologize, ask me to bring the messed up order back in and fix it completely. Not tell me it sucks to suck and I can come grab it or get $X back for an entire order that nobody wants anymore because the only part of it they “got right” was still wrong. And then manager told me I’d be getting a refund and that it was already processing, 2 weeks later and nothing. This place is a joke and it’s ridiculous. First I want to state that our sever(Sherman) was wonderful and the food was good just like every other time we visit this location my issue is with the staff that is in the kitchen as well as taking the food out of the window. We were seat up on the ramp area and could hear everything going on in that area 1st it was the 2 cooks screaming at each other about tickets and using foul language so much so that my 7 and 4 yr old grandchildren could hear and ask us why they cant just be kind to one another so we did explain that sometimes cooks get frustrated when they are busy and we are well aware of this owning a couple restaurants in the past. Then just about 5 to minutes later the manager (assuming he was in a different shirt and expediting the food orders) starting to scream at a server again using foul language and very demeaning tone toward this server. The server then took her food to the table of costumers and when she came back she started screaming at him and bot continued to us very vulgar and foul language some of which I had hope my grandsons wouldn't hear until they were much older. Then the manager just walks out of the restaurant leaving the servers to figure it out; also 2 more employees followed the walk out. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location if the management team continues this way. This experience was very uncalled for and upsetting that my grandsons had to see grown up people act in this way instead of just being kind to one another and if a disagreement comes they take the issue away from the costumers. 11-2 STILL the WORST BW in town. Yet again the entire pass is loaded with food and only 1 person bagging to go orders. Then they lie to your face saying they're waiting on something for your order that was supposed to be ready 5 minutes before you arrive. And as usual no management helping expedite to get things moving along. But it's AMAZING how fast after I asked for a manager that the items for my order miraculously got "cooked". Once again made the mistake of ordering here. ARRIVED AT MY QUOTED TIME to be told another 20 MINUTES. Yet in the 5 minutes I was here before actually being asked NO STAFF was working the pass AT ALL. I finally decided to start recording after 6 minutes. You'll see so many people standing around while the amount of to-go food containers on the pass was ridiculous. Once they started actually bagging food my wait shrunk to 10 minutes and cold food. Done ordering here.

Ordered take out and arrived at my pick up time. Was told it would be another 10 m or so. So I went to the restroom. And on the way to the restroom you can see the passthrough from the kitchen. There was SO MUCH to go food on the passthrough that it was stacked up in the kitchen as well. Yet the managers just stood around watching their people struggling to keep up.
