The sign says 'seat yourself' We chose the table at the back as the only other table was right at the busy door. The young girl waitressing acknowledged we were there from the end of the aisle and proceeded to ignore us for almost a half hour. If we had time to go elsewhere we would have. After the waitress took our order, we still did not receive drinks. A manager came through to check on tables (several others came in and were also ignored). It appeared she would take an order and vanish for a ten min until an order was ready then take another and leave another ten min. When asked by the manager about service, I said 'it's really bad' and explained how long we waited. He suggested it was where we were seated at the back and that it got busy very suddenly. It was prime dinner time on a Saturday night before all of the area events, I don't buy that at all. (On a side note, please unblock your fire exit, nobody should feel like they are seated in a storage room) We eventually received our meal which was great, just as we expected. The girl never offered refills and only stopped by to slap a receipt down and said 'Sorry about that' without even looking our way and walked off. Attitude is everything, a wait was not the issue, being ignored, without drinks should not be standard practice. Lost sales all around, a table of ladies next to us talking about getting another alcoholic drink for their table...others wondering if they had a waitress. Very poor reflection of service for an otherwise great atmosphere...

Came in yesterday for lunch with a co-worker. We worked through right up the street at an insurance firm so a lot of us frequent this place.

I ordered a coney dog combo and my coworker ordered a chicken tender salad. I personally thought the hot dog tasted weird, I only took two bites and decided not to eat more. After cashing out and getting outside my coworker said all of a sudden her stomach was hurting and we walked back to work and I was like I think I’m fine. We got into the office and within 20 min of sitting down I had to go to the bathroom profusely sweating, heart racing, and puking and diarrhea. After too much time in the bathroom I came back out to my desk and my coworker came up to me letting me know she was super sick now and she ended up having to go home. I did as well that is how sick we both got.

I called the restaurant to say I think we got food poisoning and the person who answered the phone said “food poisoning doesn’t come on that fast” like ummm are you sure you took the necessary food handling and safety courses?

Either way we both couldn’t eat the food we ended up taking in to go boxes as we were not risking eating more contaminated food.

Personally I will not be eating here again and I made sure our whole team knows how sick we got after eating here. I would assume you will lose a good chunk of customers from this as we are a rather large company. Please check your expiration dates, certify safe food handling and storage of food to ensure you are not...

I have never had a negative experience here, service wise this is the most friendly, welcoming, respectful, tolerant, supportive staff that provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Rea the manager is an absolute G, fun to talk to knows her stuff.

Gabby is the heart, will greet you with the service of a 5 Star Place and is just a vibe.

Maddy is the chillest person here, and will check up on you and never leave you hanging.

Emily is a queen, she treats everyone like royalty.

Emma is doll, always talkative.

Candace is the sweetest and always looks out for you to make aure your coffee is full.

Adrian is attentive and on top of everything.

Abby is the angel of this place, and eager to help. The star of the whole place really, if she’s in you’re going to be happier.

Grace is the life of every party in this place, always bouncing off of humor and making it fun!

Izzy is the absolute GOAT. Never a dull moment, best humor out of ten!

Diane, Sabryna, Karissa, Mikey, Angie, and Sabrina and the rest are equally phenomenal.

The drinks, are amazing. It is honestly a shake this place is closed so early, it would be a perfect Bar Crawl location and maybe a karaoke machine here would be a banger.

The food is average, it’s cheap so it makes up for it, and the only real negative is egg shells in scrambled eggs. Apart from that its...
