Usually a good experience with the morning staff with no issues with the free Italian ice coupon I don’t live close so I haven’t used all the weeks for the free Italian Ice, so the lady in there with the blue shirt to half answer the question if she was a manager, but said she kinda is? So I’m not sure if she really is? Said I can’t use the coupon on the wrong week but never was specified on the coupons but was frantic there was a rush so maybe that was the problem tonight, hope she has a better shift next time around because it’s not that serious, if ur manager say ur manager and just answer if I’m allowed to do something I was specified on of the day of your guys opening event. It's good really good been here 2 times before. however On Friday the 27 8:00 pm. a boy who was at the register half listening sitting. as we ordered our three mango island ices with vanilla. Messes up the order bc he dose not right it down nore let us even finish. where as half way through he starts telling the two girls what to make then gets upset when we try telling him no all three are mango island not just 2.
