I ordered a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, and got one that was cold in the middle. Only had two bites of it. No problem, I took it back to the drive-thru to mention it to them and to get one that was warm/hot all the way through. They gave me another one, but I discovered they had given me a Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger. Again, I took it back through to get what I wanted, a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. They asked to have both burgers they had already given me, I obliged. I have still only taken 2 bites of the original one, none of the second one. They then gave me another burger and told me to taste it at the drive-thru before driving away. I opened it up and it's another Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger. I told them it's the wrong one, the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger doesn't have a cheddar bun. It's also incredibly hot, it's uncomfortable to even hold. I didn't tell them that, but I'm sure they knew that they made it extra hot. They told me that it was the one I ordered, or something like that, which isn't true. I again insisted it wasn't the burger I wanted, and the manager just told me to have a good night. I was basically dismissed. This was just incredibly frustrating. I can tell this burger has different toppings as well as a different bun than a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, so I don't know why they insisted it was what I ordered. The first one was right, just cold. I have photo evidence of the burger I ended...
Read moreVisited the newly rebuilt Wendy's which did away with more than half their seating to create outdoor seating. Started to walk to the counter, realized you had to order through the kiosks. Someone stopped chatting and came over and offered to help as we were finishing our order. There isn't enough room between the pop machine and the seating so people have to wait to get by as you fill your cup. Sprite ran out. I told the guy behind the counter. He said he would take care of it. Way too much ketchup and mayo on the sandwiches compared to other Wendy's. Brought out Frosty with no spoon. Went to where the cups are to get one. No spoons. Went back to counter and asked for spoon. Went up to get more Sprite. Still out. Took cups up to same guy I asked to replace the Sprite. He told me to fill it at the machine. I told him he said he would replace the Sprite. He said Oh yeah and refilled our cups. As we were leaving I still never saw him leave the counter. I like their salads. I'll give them another chance on the Spring. I realize it is a whole new team of people, but they need to realize it is new to people coming to the new setup for the first time, too. I've never had so many things go wrong in one visit to a...
Read moreThe people that work here always make me smile, they're good employees. But when you bite into a salad to a mouthful of mold because they only make their salads once a week and then sell them until they're gone, that's where we have a problem. I found out that other Wendy's in my area make them fresh every day.
That was about a month ago, and i thought "that must just be how it's done now" but i found out today that's not so. I don't care whose responsible, or getting my money back. That's just disgusting, and all i ask is to be able to order what's on your menu.
I run curbside at the dispensary and myself and coworkers eat here often, and i have paid for an inedible or nonexistent salad more than once and I'm really tired of it. I can't eat copious amounts of cheese meat and bread like other people can, it makes me sick. And when I'm out on the lot serving customers, running upwards of 7 miles a day, i need food that is going to help me stay up and moving, not send me to the bathroom or home to miss work.
I'd love to know when this is rectified so i can come back and update my review. But i will not be returning until it is, and my...
