Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grandview

Update 04/25: been waiting over half an hour for 2 simple pizzas to get done and asked what's going on and was told 3 employees quit today and it's just him working and he hadn't even started mine almost 40 mins later. Totally unacceptable, should've told me that the 1st time I walked in 20 mins ago and not just now.

Update 06/13: ordered 2 large pizzas online and was given 2 mediums with the excuse that they ran out of large boxes and had to use medium boxes instead. I'm no rocket scientist but how the hell would you fit a large pizza into a medium box when a large is bigger? Same way I'm a size 16 and don't fit in a 12 cause it's not possible. They said they'd make it right and I expected to receive a large and instead was given yet another medium pizza. I just took it cause didn't have time to wait all day for the 3rd time to be the charm and maybe be the right size I paid for and figured 3 mediums equal 2 larges which is what I paid for so oh well. Keep an eye out cause we're getting finessed left and right by greedy companies that think we're dumb and won't notice we're being ripped off.

Ordered with a rep an hour ago and went in and they hadn't even started it. Said it'd be 50 mins and over an hour later...

I wish I could give 0 stars. As much as I hate leaving bad reviews my fiance and I have had nothing but issues with this location when ordering delivery. Our orders are constantly canceled. Last time it said they had no drivers so it wouldn't let us pay. This time we suddenly got an email it was canceled and that we should get a refund in a few days so we called to see why. Again we were told they only have one driver. This time the driver isn't even arriving to work until after the time that they deliver. They stop delivery around 5:45pm and she won't arrive to work according to who we spoke to until 6:30pm at the earliest. So we called the store back to address the issue once we noticed the time they gave was after delivery time and spent over 20 minutes on the phone with no answer so my fiance called back on four separate attempts staying on for over 10 minutes each time. Even once calling on a different number incase they were ignoring her number and still never got a hold of anyone and just constantly being on hold. After this time I looked up Google reviews and noticed that many others have had the same problem so I would not recommend ordering from...

I waited an hour for my order then I called him up and asked him where it was and then they said well we didn't get that order so we'll remake the order and send it to you and still going to charge me for the order all I ordered was two things off of the mix and match which was $6.99 and at first it was going to charge me $23.13 I told him all the order should be free since I've already waited an hour and then it's going to be another 30 minutes before you get this to me well we can take off the the pizza and still charge you for the breadsticks and delivery and I said well you should be paying for the delivery and you should be paying for the food well it's not our fault that we didn't get the order from the people I'm like it sounds like a you problem not a me problem but they still made it to me problem and still charging me $15.87 so they didn't even cut it in half I'm still paying majority of the order what bad bad customer relations no wonder their reviews are so low I think 2.3. just received my pizza and I would say probably a third of it is crust and not too much cheese the cheese don't even go to the crust...
