Wendy's — Restaurant in Grandview

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ! If I could give this no stars I would ! My husband and I went through their drive thru this evening and sat there for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to take our order . Once we got up to the window we sat there for another 10 minutes just waiting for someone to greet us at the window . No "I will be with you in just one moment" or anything..... meanwhile we have about 6 cars behind us . Finally we get our food , no one apologizes to us for our wait or even says one word to us and we start to pull away only to realize they forgot our sauce we asked for and since it was 11 at night we had to pull around to the drive thru again . I went through the EXACT wait time again so I asked for a side of fries for having to wait this long only to get what we originally ordered and the guy said okay . We pulled up to the drive thru window and there was a girl standing there and said "it's your fault for not checking your bag before you left, I'll give you the fries but you need to actually make sure you have what you ordered before you pull away." At this time I was LIVID ! After waiting for so long just to get what I originally ordered she had the nerve to tell us that it was our fault we didn't get what we originally ordered . I will NEVER again give my service to this or any...

The people there in the morning and early afternoon, work hard, they’re kind. Thank you early shift that all that you guys do. I appreciate you. You guys are probably the only reason this place is still open.

The people there in the later afternoon till close just don’t want to be there. Sometimes you can pick up personal mobile orders at the window, sometimes you can’t, depending who wants to work. One manager told me in the morning you can always pick up personal mobile orders in the drive through.

There was only one car there other than me, made me wait 5 minutes to answer and then they told me to come inside for a mobile order, and was really rude about it like I offended somebody. I explain a manager told me I could? Then this girl snaps “Well my manager just said come inside.” I don’t even think they had one present if I’m being honest. I respond “Oh okay, well never mind, thank you” and went ahead and canceled my order. I don’t think I’ll be back at this location again. I then drove to Taco Bell where they do take mobile orders and aren’t rude about it. Who wants to get out and come inside after a 12 hour shift? lol I get that it’s Wendy’s and I respect it, because that was my first job when I was a teenager, but this...

so I make an order on the mobile app I think drive-through or my pick up option. I get to the drive-through and I said hey, I have a mobile order and I am told that I have to come in a little annoyed just because of the simple fact I placed a mobile order for me not to have to get out the car. I'm going to walk him inside the store. I told Lady I have a mobile order and she clearly has an attitude. So I asked, is there a reason why you don't do mobile orders through the drive-through and her response and because your food is not ready.??? what is the difference if I order in the drive-through versus ordering in the Mobile that neither one is ready before I get to the window. I digress I have been to this location multiple times, and every time I am at one complete unsatisfactory, courtesy, and complete attitude every single time it's like I'm a bother or coming to your restaurant. I will never come back again , there is no point of having option to order through the mobile app and to pick up in the drive-through and I can pick up in the drive. If I'm bored come in I'm out of will just come in and play my order just like any other tablet. This location definitely new management and the regional manager should be contacting because...
