Third times a charm as they say! I tried to visit your truck last summer and again in the fall, but each time I came through, you weren’t open. My fault for not looking at your schedule 🙄 I finally made it by today while between jobs in Merlin, and boy am I glad I caught you this time! Although I didn’t get to try your kimchi dog I was really craving (due to the fact that I was going to have to eat while driving, and I knew that the dog would require my full attention 😉), I tried the stir fry bowl with beef added for the protein (per your request), and DAYUM! To start I’m from the Dallas/Fort Worth area and there are a lot of Korean restaurants but oddly not really any fusion ones. That being said the Korean torta caught my attention. Got one made with pork and it was amazing from the bread all the way down to the meat, which is locally sourced. Chatted with the owner and another person and they were fun to talk with.
