You can order at the trucks, Order inside from the trucks outside, have a drink and order to go, or order online as some of the trucks have online ordering, and you can just swing by to pick it up, or Door Dash, However you can not go wrong any which way you choose, the group of owners , staff, chefs, food Trucks there at Steam Distillery will never fail you. It is one of the most amazing places in Grants Pass Oregon. A must-see establishment if you are passing through. The One And Only Steam Distillery There Is No Place Like It

So glad we stayed!! GREAT Drinks, and STRONG!!! Chocolate Martini and a gin drink my wife loved. Friendly service and conversation. And an interesting arrangement for food, they have another company that does the food for them. A couple that both had medical issues, and started the food truck to keep busy after retirement and are now Steam's full time food service, using the kitchen in the building. On to the food! So we shared a BBQ Pork (good) and DEEP FRIED RIBS! Yes, took a chance on the Fry Baby Ribs and they were Excellent.

Have been here multiple times after grabbing dinner elsewhere to have one of their fantastic smoked old fashioneds’. Decided to try dinner tonight with a great ipa on tap. OMG. Ordered the teriyaki burger (it has a fancier name on the menu) and the garlic fries. Big dude dropped the food off, I’m told he’s the chef, and literally one of the best burgers of my life. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned and a nice mix of ingredients with just a slightly crispy texture to the patty. Chef knows what he’s doing. And if you love garlic the fries won’t disappoint. I have no fear of vampires. Highly recommended. Great food, cool atmosphere and the staff is great.

Have been here multiple times after grabbing dinner elsewhere to have one of their fantastic smoked old fashioneds’. Decided to try dinner tonight with a great ipa on tap. OMG. If you're looking for the best cocktails in town, look no further than Steam Distillery! This place has got it all - amazing drinks, great atmosphere, and fantastic service.

Shout out to Mike, Terry, and Scott for making every visit a memorable one. These guys really know their stuff and are always happy to recommend something new or whip up an old favorite.

And don't even get me started on the Cask Club! I can't wait for my turn to be a part of this exclusive group. The idea of having my own barrel of deliciousness aging away in the back of the distillery is just too good to pass up.
