Growler guys is a vibrant beer sanctuary that pairs a stellar selection of craft brews with mouthwatering bites. Walking through the door, you're greeted with a cozy yet modern ambiance—exposed brick walls, warm lighting, and a long bar showcasing an impressive lineup of taps.
Beer Selection: The tap list is a beer enthusiast's dream, with over 30 rotating taps featuring local craft beers, rare imports, and experimental brews. The knowledgeable bartenders are eager to recommend a pint to suit your palate. The hazy IPA I tried was citrusy and refreshing, while the robust imperial stout had the perfect blend of chocolate and coffee notes. Flights are also available, making it easy to sample a variety.
Food Pairings: While the beer is the star, the food menu is far from an afterthought. The crispy pretzel bites served with beer cheese were the perfect salty start. The highlight, though, was the beer-braised short rib tacos—tender, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by a malty amber ale. Even the vegetarian options, like the roasted cauliflower flatbread, were thoughtfully crafted.
Atmosphere and Service: The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between lively and laid-back, making it an ideal spot for casual meet-ups or a relaxed night out. The staff is friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the beers on tap.
Overall: Tap & Brew House isn't just a place to drink beer—it's a destination to explore and savor. Whether you're a seasoned craft beer connoisseur or a curious beginner, this tap house offers an experience you won’t forget. Don’t skip dessert—the stout-infused chocolate cake was the ultimate finale.

Read moreCame here for the first time right before the dinner rush (4:45ish) and it was the perfect time!! Maybe 8-10 people in the entire place and extremely inviting. Walked right up to the counter, grabbed menus and started looking at the massive selection of their tap options!! We are cider people and they had about 8 to choose from (some I’ve heard of, some I haven’t). The guy behind the counter (gave us owner vibes) was amazing!! He let us try a few ciders and they were all delicious. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase or to hurry my decision. We ordered two ciders, a pizza, and wings. Every single bite was incredible!
I particularly enjoy their ordering system. You do the leg work…you walk up to order, walk to the counter when your buzzer goes off for your food, you get your own water, you clean up after yourself. It’s awesome. I feel the community vibe here!
They have a ton of outside seating with fire pits, indoor seating, large group areas, games for inside and outside! Food trucks outside as well for those who don’t want to order off Growler Guys’ menu. I noticed the food truck menu was also inside…a lovely partnership.

Once inside, there is a ton of seating and a massive bar with over 50 draft beers, ciders, etc, on tap. There is also a cozy little whiskey bar nestled just beyond the main bar for those who are looking for a little extra sophisticated kick. There are two different patio options, each offering their own unique atmosphere. There are fire pits, couches, loungers, chairs, etc. We saw everyone from locals, construction workers, families, industry workers, and more. They had a sushi food truck outside, but we tried their in-house wood fire pizza and their wings, which were absolutely amazing. They had other classics like cheese sticks, pretzels, and more! They are one of the only locations in town that are open late and 7 days a week. Seems to be the...
