Have been there a few times, good experience in general. But today. Went in around 5pm, seemed like a lag time between rushes as there were almost no customers but many dirty tables. No worries, I get it. We actually popped across the street from Growler Guys, because that was our destination, but they were wicked busy, so we opted for Wild River Pub instead . We approached the counter, ordered drinks and were given food menus and told to find a seat, she’d bring our drinks and get our food order. She brought drinks, we ordered a few sets of wings and a pizza as per her “I’ll come get your food order” Got our wings (very yummy), but waiting and waiting, no pizza. Asked one of the wait staff about our pizza, she looked and said the order wasn’t put in - but don’t worry, we won’t be charged. No shit. We’re fine, not thrilled, just ok that the wings we ordered were enough to fill our bellies, upset because the pizza was to be good leftovers for the next few days 😑 Obviously the server we talked to alerted the main register gal, as when we went to close out our bill, she asked how everything was, and I very kindly said that the wings we got were really good, but we didn’t get the pizza we ordered. Her response? Well, we don’t normally do table service. That’s it . Deadpan. Not her problem or fault. Huh? She literally offered “table service” and came to our table to take our order! We got half of our said “table order”. She specifically took our drink order at the counter, handed us food menus and sent us to a table and told us she’d take our food order. I didn’t expect anything other than that. I’m sorry. Nope. She pushed us off and made me feel like we were in the wrong. Won’t be back, and as a lifelong customer service representative, I understand telling one or two people of your bad experience has a ton more impact than one...

Read moreWent to dinner with my husband, Had to wait a long time in line to get drinks and order food. They had plenty of staff but everyone was distracted. The restaurant was barely at half capacity. Finally when my husband got his food delivered, we waited for at least 15 minutes with no explanataion of our other half of the order...stood in line again and waited to try asking where the other meal was... One of the kids was throwing it all together on a plate quickly and said it's almost done...It's right here.. then responded with "They should not have delivered his burger yet"..then rushed over and put it on the end of the table. After all this was said and done my husband had been finished with his meal. I just asked them to remove mine off the tab. I didn't touch any of it. They did say I could still eat it and not be charged for it because they were just going to throw it in the trash. I did not opt to do that, at this point I was just irritated and left it untouched on the table. So much for a dinner date. Definite lack of customer service as no one comes out to the tables anymore... I will say, there was a newer girl working behind the counter. That was very sweet And had more of a sense of urgency than any of the other staff who totaled three behind the bar and three in the...
