Si Casa Xpress — Restaurant in Grants Pass

I went thru on my 30 min lunch. Service was great, the gentleman that assisted me was professional and attentive. I ordered chicken tortilla soup and chips & salsa. (Tiny paperbag of chips and 16 oz of salsa $6.50) When he handed me my order, I thought the chips looked a little too brown but I thought it was just me. But I got back to work with 12 min left to eat. Opened the soup, which was 16 oz of broth and very little chicken. They gave me another container filled with tortilla strips, some shredded cheese, 1 small slice of avocado, some diced tomatoes, diced onion. There was an abundance of the side garnish but not much soup. The chips, tasted burnt and the salsa was terrible. It reminded me of pace picante with some fresh cilantro tossed in. I won't even mention the hibiscus tea I got, reminded me of kool-aid but I think I was charged $4 for 16 oz. Very disappointing. The cost of eating out is already high. I would've been better off...

I've been eating here since it opened. But there seems to be a completely new staff and my order is not made the same anymore. The years going there I always get a carne asada burrito with no beans and rice, cilantro, onion and cheese. The last 3 times there were disappointing. The first time it was completely wrong after repeating the order 4 times. The last 2 times it is much smaller then anytime before. Like they are using the same amount of asada they would use with beans and rice. Illntry to communicate next time, but may have to find...

I came through the drive thru and asked for a side of rice and beans with my tacos, the lady taking my order was super rude, impatient and kept interrupting me. When I got my food surprise surprise no rice and beans. I came back around to the window because there was now a line full of cars and she rudely denied that I got rice and beans didn’t ask me if I’d like to purchase them after her own mistake and sent me on my way.
