Updating review.

A little disappointed as we were mislead a bit on some stuff, and had it flipped around on us to cover what happened with not getting what we thought we were and tested in the store. Would have also liked to have known about the apparent terrible warranty that comes with the tempur pedic bases. The extra coverage would have been great to know about. Crazy to think serta comes with such a better warranty. We were also told our first 3 payments would only be $1. That was not accurate at all. First full payment due a month after purchase. My husband and I did not appreciate being played for as stupid.. the financing options are still hard to beat with the 0% interest. We just didn't appreciate having a fast one pulled on us. Tempur pedic so far has shown to be a great bed and has helped with a lot of pain.

Chuck really helped us out with our decision. There is a very nice selection of mattresses here, beauty rest, tempur pedic, serta and some others. Chuck provided us with great service and helped us realize that getting a tempur pedic wasn't as hard as we thought. He explained things very well. Wow!!! I am so HAPPY!!! Thank you Lillian!!! What a lovely young lady!!! I went to "shop" mattresses, thinking I can look today at 3 different stores today First store I go to is 4.8 stars,(yes, I try to not waste time at low rated places). I walked in the door, turned to my left and saw a $7000 bed. All I could think was there's no way I can sleep knowing that I spent that much money. I just wanted a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. I'm not interested in a bed that has all the bells and whistles, just a comfortable bed at a reasonable price. Lillian took me to the back wall where they had beds up-and-down against the wall not laying out to look at.. She pulled one out and, lo and behold, it was amazing! If the bed wasn't already comfortable enough for me I was completely blown away by the price! I suggest if you're looking for a new bed you get yourself to mattress firm. Ask for Lillian. That young lady is amazing!!! They are delivering Thursday and taking the old one away!!! I wasn't looking forward to this, and now I can't stop thinking about going to sleep on a bed that is super comfortable and didn't...

Ok...second mattress from mattress firm. Chris was amazing! Great mattress, much better price! We just got a $3000 mattress for 1/2 price! Chris went out of his way to make sure we got the mattress we wanted and all the accessories. He knew all the components in each mattress we looked at, and the pros and cons of each. He did NOT try to sell us a mattress that he wanted to sell us. If his goal was to let the mattress sell itself, then he exceeded all parameters! No pressure! Just great service at a great price! If you need a mattress and want a fantastic deal, then go see Chris in grants pass...really...you spend 1/3 of your very short life in bed..might as well be comfortable...it's a no brainer! $44 a month...who can't afford that? You spend more at Dutch Bros every month. We/you are worth great fricking sleep! Your price may vary, but you get the point...for a $3000 mattress it would have been $50 a month...interest free..with a fit bit..now is the time!...
