We stopped in this fast-food restaurant to get a quick lunch while traveling back to our home in Laytonsville, MD. When we stepped up to the counter, we were greeted with smiles and the nice lady was very polite and suggested a few selections to complete our Chicken sandwiches order. I liked the fact that she reviewed the order before we paid, as we made a couple of minor corrections. I also appreciated their ‘My Pleasure’ reply to our order. The food was very delicious (Chicken sandwiches are great, and the Cherry milkshake was wonderful!), and the service to fulfill our order was quick and excellent! The bathrooms were clean (although the ladies room needed some toilet tissue in one of the stalls) and I liked the fact that they provided hand sanitizer at the bathroom door and other strategic places in the restaurant. We ate our meals outside and enjoyed the warm sunshine and the beautiful view! The people taking orders in the drive-up lanes are very efficient. An overall very pleasant experience....
Read moreI had a bad experience at a not so deserved Chick-Fil-A. I was in the drive thru. As the girl from the drive thru handed me my milkshake the entire cup must have had a crack in it to begin with and the entire milkshake busted and worked it way down from the window, inside the door and into the pocket at the bottom. The manager was in the background screaming, "There are five cars in the drive thru. Hurry up!". Had I not been so frustrated and annoyed to just leave, I would have ripped him a new one. I took the high road. That is NOT how you manage people, nor is it how you respond to the customers like myself. It's rude and disrespectful. Chick-Fil-A needs to step up their game when it comes to employees...

Employees frequently walk through the dual lane drive through and at the window they shuffle cars about to let some in the middle of the line leave while those at the front receive their food. At worst I've been in a roughly 30 car deep line but still make it in and out in 10 minutes.
As for the food, customer service, and style it's all typical Chick-fil-A: tasty,...
