Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Granville

A couple of significant issues the last two times I visited. Both times I ordered online and picked up in store. The first time my order was put in twice (not by me, I had good internet and cell service.) I was charged twice and when I went to pick up the order the girl who was at the register said that "this happens all the time, there's not much I can do about it". Maybe this is an online order glitch or whatever but to have been offered some kind of resolve would have been nice.Ok, great I guess I'll be eating bw3 leftovers all week. The second time I was given the wrong order when I picked up. I called back to the store and was offered a refund or they could remake my order. I live half hour away and I wasn't about to go back that night so I agreed to the refund. Almost a week has passed and no refund so I called the store. I was told that refunds take 5-7 business days and that if I don't see it in a few days I can call back. Great, thanks. If I don't see a refund I'll take it as and loss but I won't be...

I chose to come here tonight (Sunday) for my birthday. The service was extremely slow and the waitress was not attentive at all. The place was steady but it wasn’t anything crazy. I’m not from the area so we last minute picked this for dinner, but we still went in 3 hours before closing time. The food was all ice cold, and the mac and cheese wasn’t even stirred; all of the plain noodles were still at the top. My friend was with me and she told the waitress that it was my birthday and she said that they don’t do anything special for that; which is completely fine not her fault, but she didn’t even say happy birthday. We weren’t offered dessert & when she came over with the checks, after us being done for over 15 minutes, she took forever to come back so we left cash on the table and left. I’ve been working in food service for years and typically I would not even comment on something, but the service and food was ridiculous. If I could give zero stars to leave a review I would. Jaedyn was waitress, who took our drink and food orders n never checked on us again. We were on a work lunch, had to flag her down to ask about our food after waiting 45 minutes for LUNCH items. Her response was “I don’t make the food, but I guess I could check with the kitchen”. She went in the the kitchen and then never followed back up with our table. Never offered drink refills. 15 min later we had to flag her down AGAIN to get all our food to go because it still wasn’t out. She partially rolled her eyes and was very annoyed with us. 10 min later we finally got our food. She knew we were on a work lunch with limited time. Didn’t care. Didn’t apologize. Was rude. No manager ever came out. We got the food to go and when we got to office that is 5 min away, our food was ice cold and was not even good. Nothing was reduced on our bill.
