We had a very bad experience. They offer souvenir cups, but not refills so I had either pay for a brand new cup or drink water from the almost broke water fountain. On top of everything we had an individual who smokes in our party who was not allowed back into the park after she was told there was no where inside the park to smoke. I was very dissatisfied with my experience here and will not be coming back. I don't smoke myself, but they need to offer some place for people who do, just like every other park or at least let people back in. Read moreMy niece got us tickets and we drove almost 3 hrs for a Friday game. She reminded me I couldn't bring in my purse and to just bring my wallet (which had a strap around my shoulder). When we got to the gate, and older lady stood in our way with hands on hips stating "You can't come in with that!" She was rude. I even offered to let her search my wallet ??? Nope. She said: "It doesn't look like the picture on the board here." It showed a wallet with a wristlet. My told me to just forget it and he walked all the way back to our vehicle, emptied my wallet of cash/cards and came back. Just FYI if you are going to visit...

Enjoyed another game this past Sunday. This park is spotlessly clean and every staff member is as friendly as can be. $14 got us seats a few rows back from home plate. Great view. Beats the pudding out of driving all the way to Pittsburgh to see the pirates. Black Bears games are just as much fun, much closer to home, cheaper parking, and much cheaper tickets. I'll be seeing the Black Bears again...
