I usually love this location, it’s right next to our house. I visited today (11/3) like I do every Friday to get some breakfast. I ordered a burrito meal and two extra burritos with some drinks. I pull up to the window and they are as friendly as always but I didn’t check my bag before I left, I thought it was a little light but they had a small bag in the bigger bag because it had the fruit in it so I couldn’t easily check the bigger bag to make sure all was correct. I didn’t check it until I was down the road dropping my daughter off at school. I sent her with the meal (one burrito and a fruit cup) and then drove back to the restaurant to let them know. When I pulled through I let the guy know on the speaker that I was missing two and he said okay, no problem pull up to the second window. (I was just in line less than five minutes before so I was sure they would have remembered me coming through) I had my receipt in hand just in case. When I pulled up to the window, the guy, obviously instructed by his manager, asked me if he could see my bag. I was a little surprised by this but I’m sure they get people who try to pull this on them sometimes so I handed him my empty bag. He pulled out the salsas and there were three. He looked at the manager who was watching and told him “well there’s three salsas” implying that I’m lying about what I received. The manager shrugged in annoyance and gave him the two burritos, that I paid for, and gave them to me. I worked in fast food when I was younger, it could have easily been that there was one burrito ready and the other two hadn’t been put in the bag yet but the bag was grabbed prematurely... NO BIG DEAL IT HAPPENS. But it felt pretty crummy to be accused of trying to steal food especially when I order from them so very very often....
I know as a manager you have to try to prevent loss but there was nothing indicating that I was being dishonest and yet I was being subtly accused of this. Kinda humiliating. I think they just need some retraining on how to handle this situation because accusing your regular customers of trying to rip them off is not how you keep them coming. Don’t really wanna go back through...
Read moreChick-fil-A has once again elevated the fast food game with their latest offering: the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. As a long-time fan of their classic chicken sandwich, I was eager to try this new twist on an old favorite. Spoiler alert: it did not disappoint.
Taste: The sandwich is a delightful blend of flavors. The star of the show is the pimento cheese, which is creamy with just the right amount of tanginess. It's a surprising yet welcome addition to the crispy chicken filet, adding a Southern flair that feels both indulgent and comforting. The honey drizzle provides a subtle sweetness, perfectly balanced by the slight kick from the pickled jalapeños. Each bite is a complex mix of sweet, spicy, and savory, making it a unique and satisfying experience.
Texture: One of the things I love about Chick-fil-A is the consistency in the quality of their chicken, and this sandwich is no exception. The chicken is juicy and perfectly fried, with a crunch that holds up well even with the creamy pimento cheese. The brioche bun is soft and buttery, adding to the overall richness of the sandwich. The pimento cheese melts slightly into the chicken, creating a gooey layer that ties everything together beautifully.
Presentation: Visually, the sandwich is inviting. The bright orange hue of the pimento cheese against the golden-brown chicken filet is mouthwatering. The jalapeños and honey give it a gourmet look that sets it apart from your typical fast food fare.
Overall Experience: This sandwich is a bold and innovative offering from Chick-fil-A. It takes the classic chicken sandwich we all know and love and elevates it with thoughtful, high-quality ingredients. The combination of honey, pimento cheese, and pickled jalapeños creates a flavor profile that’s both nostalgic and new. While it might be a bit rich for some, I found it to be a delightful treat that's perfect for when you're in the mood for something a little different.
If you’re a fan of Chick-fil-A’s chicken sandwiches and enjoy a bit of sweet heat, the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich is definitely...

I was so looking forward to some Chick-n-Minis for breakfast. I'm usually in such a hurry in the mornings I have to speed off straight 0 to work. But it's Columbus Day and I'm off so I hurried to get some Minis and - wouldn't you know? I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:33, tried to order, and the lady said no.
She said, "we stop serving breakfast at 10:30." Okay, well, I guess I can't argue with that. Except that I did my best to get there in time, and I just assumed they would go ahead and offer me what I wanted because Chick-Fil-A is usually really customer-friendly. Besides, the breakfast menu was still being displayed in the drive-thru. So why wouldn't I reasonably expect to be able to order breakfast?
I told the lady it was only 10:33 and I really only wanted Minis. She was clearly unconcerned about my satisfaction or the way this reflects on her Chick-Fil-A. She asked if I wanted lunch and I said no. I gave her a moment to see if she might give me something like, "oh, I don't usually do this but, let me check..." But nothing. Silence. After a monent, I said, "I think I'll go somewhere else." And she told me to have a great day. Well, she's not helping my day to be great. Her inflexibility and disregard for my satisfaction has lost her a customer.
Am I being petty? Probably. But when there's a Chick-Fil-A on just about every corner, I can afford to be petty. I am used to Chick-Fil-A being friendly and helpful, but the feeling I got this morning was cold and apathetic.
I won't...
