I'll make it quick. Staff was ever so kind and friendly and they have a good system going. The 3 is for the experance. The neg 2 is for the product. Mine came out a bit jacked up and had a super flat stlpt at the top. I mentioned it to thw blower and he really didn't seem to care or ask if i wanted another and just wanted to move along. Granted I paid for the experance he didnt seem like he was intreasted if fixing the iassue. I didnt want to make a big deal because people were there to have fun and enjoy and i didnt want to take away from that. But by looking at the end product i dont think i was something they would even sell although it was something worth paying 60 bucks. Im very dissipointed that i was just rushed thru and pretty much made to feel like i didnt get my moneys woth because i got a jacked up globe. You wouldn't pay full price for a damaged product, idk why should I have to???? Cool eperance but my guy didnt seem to care about what he turned out. And for $60 thats not cool... Update, i type super fast, fat finger and did not proof my comment so i liooked like an idiot. But, the owner or head glass blower called me directly and apologized that i was not informed ahead of time about diffrent colors heating at diffrent rates thus causing the globe to have some issues. Really nice guy offered me options and wanted to make things right. Again everyone was super nice up there just think they get rushed with these kinda events and mistakes happen. No hard feelings will definitely do other events with them in the future. I will change to 5 stars for their customer service and willingness to address the...
Read moreSo we here to do a help create dreamless wine glass for me, my sister, and my mom. It was a Mother’s Day gift. I will say, that three tickets for the event was pricey. But no different than a nice dinner out. The main shop is small, but clean, and had so many fun little glass blown items to look at with local blown art. The ladies that checked us in were very prompt, and polite. The main studio is hot. There are some bleachers set up where you can wait your turn. Your turn is based upon the time you checked in. So 10 people might sign up for the 10 am slot. But the person who signed in at 9.45 am will go first and so forth. The people who do the help create events are super knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. You can tell they do this ALOT. The whom actual process took maybe less then 10 min? You got to pick your color, and help create the item, with fun facts about the process. You pick up your item in about 2 business days. They have the items wrapped soundly and snuggly in nice wrapping. The stemless wine glass we made is SOLID. It is heavy and thick. It won’t shatter in the sink type of situation. I would absolutely do this again. Maybe closer to Christmas when they...
Read moreWe were in town for the weekend and wanted my granddaughter to make two glass ornaments - one for us and one for her father. We paid $30.00 each ($64.00 total including tax) for special glass ornaments made by our granddaughter. She made them on Saturday and we had to go back today (12/09/18) to pick them up. When they brought the ornaments out to us, one had warped and cracked. Twice I requested they let her remake the bad one and they could ship it to us (since this was their responsibility). The employee kept insisting that we just take one of their pre-made ones which sell for $25.00 instead of $30.00. We were in a hurry to leave town as we live over 300 miles away and my wife was trying to get me out of there before I made a scene. I finally asked "if we take this pre-made one that sells for $25.00 will you refund the $5.00 extra we paid for the original one?" She would not. So now we have a $30.00 ornament that they sell for $25.00 and has absolutely no sentimental value to us because our granddaughter didn't make it. I will tell everyone to stay away from Vetro in...
