I will begin with saying the mango juice is really yummy and deserved ONE āļø . Not that itās rocket science, but it was the only thing that tasted good! My drink STILL SUCKED thoā¦
I went to get the mango drink and wanted watermelon as the fruit on top of the mango drink.. NOPE. You canāt modify anything! I ordered it the way it comes for TWELVE DOLLARS!!! And Iām sorry, but if Iām going to be paying that much AT LEAST have ripe mangos! When the gentleman making my drink went to top it with the Mango he put like 5 tiny little diced pieces (I asked for more and he got an attitude with me like thatās not enough?) I then pointed to the picture and said, āwell you advertise it like you loaded up with mango so I would appreciate if you load it up with mango.ā Little did I know I would regret that decision because I tried to buy into one of the mangoes and almost broke my tooth it was so hard, It was very bitter⦠Itās kind of sad that someone that owns a mango stand doesnāt know how to pick ripe mangoes? And if you know your mangoes arenāt ripe which how could you not know, honestly. Why not let people modify it so they can get a different fruit on top and not deal with these problems. Now if it was a five dollar cup I probably wouldnāt be as upset⦠But for $12 you expect quality..AND I TIPPED (mainly bc I work in the tip paying industry, so even tho his customer service was subpar.. The kiosk itself is very dead not a lot going on no options very cut and dry mango juice, mango cups, watermelon cups, pineapple cups, you cannot mix and match you have to spend $10 for a cup of fruit or $12 for the mango drink. THATS IT!!! I honestly donāt know how theyāre still in business... They have very little to offer and the quality of the three items are nasty honestly 0/10 do...

The mangos I received after paying $12.99 were mostly hard. I had to go back and ask the worker for a refund, she said she didnāt understand so I used google translate, she said she could not refund after asking why through google translate if the mangoes I received were hard, she never offered her explanation or to redo the order, just a āno, she canātā So I asked for something else after asking what the reason for not being able to receive a refund was, she then says āwhat else do I whatā , she then gave me a sample of the watermelon, the piece provided, did not have flavor, so I declined so I settled for pineapple. She proceeded to then give me a pineapple that had been sitting out cut, and I asked for a fresh one, this also seemed to be a issue with the employee, I just wanted to leave at this point, I then had to ask for a receipt so I could have a point of reference for this whole ordealā¦again that was an issue, she said she couldnāt, then was able to after calling someone, she turned the screened to me and right there was an option to āissue a refundā at the top of the screen. At this point, I lost my appetite. I put down the pineapple and asked for a refund, after speaking to a lady on the phone, Iām guessing her boss which I asked for at the beginning, she issued the refund. She insisted that for inventory reasons I could not have a fruit cup split into two for my small toddler and I. I asked if I could just purchase an extra empty plastic cup and she gave me a horrid attitude and stated āyes for $10ā - as if Iām an idiot. If it was for inventory purposes you would not need to charge me for an entire cup of fruit just for me to get an extra empty cup to help me easily feed my daughter this damn $10 (less than subpar) pineapple.
